Bright apartment(50m2), on the first floor of the building, a few meters from the beautiful square of the Cenotaph of Leonidas, well located in a quiet street and has a balcony with nice view to a plot of land with ancient finds(mosaics). Lots of restaurants, cafeterias and a super market near(around the square) and very close to the central square of Sparta. Also very close to archeological sites, 5km to Mystras and generally very beautiful surroundings to make your walks unforgettable.

Modern 100 square meter apartment at the first floor, very close to the beach, with three bedrooms living room and kitchen with all the domestic devices available. There is one air condtition at the leaving room that cools the whole house and not one at each room.
