Vacation rentals with beach access in Kalamata

One of the best places I have lived in is Vicky’s apartment. Her wonderful reception of us since we arrived. She welcomed us and the apartment did not lack anything. The house is tidy and clean. Our stay exceeded expectations and we were very comfortable. The location was fantastic as it was close to the waterfront and the centre of town was easily accessible. Our host and her family were very kind and welcoming. We hope to come back and would highly recommend!

The space was beautiful. There was an excellent view from both balconies but especially from the bedroom balcony, the view was something else. The amenities were satisfactory and Mr. Elias was very kind.

Very nice accommodation, perfectly equipped and in impeccable condition. Easy access and parking in front of the door. 10-minute drive from Kalamata. Ideal if you are visiting the area. Pleasant and responsive host.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at this lovely property. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea and sun every day. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the highlights for us was the yard—our kids absolutely loved it! They spent hours playing outside while we relaxed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a peaceful and beach-close getaway!

Afroditi was always very responsive and as helpful as she could be. We had our toddler with us and it was a great surprise to find out she left some toys in the house which were a great addition to our time in her place!

Stella welcomed us directly and was really sweet. She installed bed for our baby and showed us the place. The apartment was really nice and tidy, there was everything we needed. All great :)

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

We enjoyed so much this beautiful house. For a family of four it was very comfortable for us. Space, comfort, great view, nice beds, warm water and wifi, it was al there. We stayed a week and the location was perfect for day trips all around Mani. Vivi and Dikeos were very kind. A great way to fall in love with Greece!

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

The apartment was as described, right on the beach, two steps away. The verandah looked out across the beautiful bay on Foinikounda, we couldn’t ask for more. The kitchen was well equipped and we would come straight from the beach (where the sun beds are free) to the apartment to make a Greek salad for lunch, it was heavenly. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was great. The local supermarket was large and well stocked for everything you need for a self catering holiday and the numerous local restaurants provided a good choice for evening meal (Elena was our favourite). Parking was nearby the apartment and again, free. Panagiotis was a great host, always responsive to questions etc and we had zero problems. All in all a wonderful holiday, thank you Panagiotis!

This gem is located in the heart of an absolutely delightful village in the southern Peloponnese. With sea views and plenty of top tier local amenities and restaurants it's a fabulous location for a few days of local touring. It's easy to find and a pleasure to use and the host is one of the best. I absolutely give this a 100% recommendation!

My wife and I loved Niko’s place. Great location, we felt right at home. We walked to the supermarket and bought fresh vegetables and made salads. The local restaurants on the path and off were wonderful. So many things to do and see. Niko’s place was wonderful and we hope to stay again when we return!

The apartment was really nice in a really good location, there was a cafe nearby like 1 minute walking, the apartment is really big and comfortable, the communication with the owner was really good! I totally reccomend it!

The room is located in an estate with various trees giving you the opportunity to get close to nature and tranquility. Upon our arrival, the host offered our son crayons to paint on the floor of the courtyard, which made him very happy since it was the first time he went to a lodge. Thank you for the hospitality, we will see you again.

Recently renovated apartment, well furnished and with all amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room, as well as TVs). Perfect location to experience the lively center of Kalamata, convenient also for the Marina, which can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. The cleanliness was impeccable, the quality of the sponges was also good. Highly recommended!

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

It was perfect! The house is just like the photos and spotless!! It had everything you need for a comfortable stay . The location was also very convenient , next to the Marina of Kalamata , but also to the center and beach where you go comfortably on foot ! Mrs. Eleni was very helpful, thank you very much ! So we come again Kalamata we will definitely choose the apartment again!
