Premium Airbnb accommodation: you benefit from both impeccable, very well equipped and beautifully decorated accommodation and a great personalized welcome by Nadine. Her advice is excellent for discovering the local culture, it's very easy to communicate and she has a real sense of hospitality. The very well renovated house is located in an agricultural area, the completely enclosed exterior is beautifully vegetated and very well laid out so that you can enjoy it at all times of the day. Lots of points of interest within 20-min drive. Highly recommended!

Niki is a lovely host, happy to help with anything and very friendly. The home is nice, cool during the hot days and in good location near the beach and supermarket. I would stay there again!

Wow! Emmett's place is just stunning. The pictures definitely don't do it justice. If you are looking for a quiet retreat with absolutely stunning scenery to help you unwind, this is the perfect spot. It is designed so beautifully, with open spaces, blending with the surroundings (rather than being an eye sore like some of the other places we saw). We couldn't get enough of the view of the sea and the mountains from the living space - it felt like an amazing painting. Swimming in the pool with that scenery was an absolute dream. We are a couple with a 4-month baby, and the main house was perfect for us. Emmett was very hospitable, making sure we had everything we need, and very responsive when we had issues or were looking for suggestions for places. The area is great - an easy walk to the village of Sivas, with plenty of options for restaurants. Several lovely beach options as well, just 10 - 15 minutes away. Our only regret is not having stayed longer!

Excellent location and house

We had the pleasure of spending our vacation in this cozy accommodation in a charming, quiet village in Crete. The location in the mountains offers a peaceful atmosphere that was good for our relaxation, away from tourism. The place itself was extremely practical and well-equipped. The cozy decor made us feel comfortable. The tranquility of the surroundings was simply heavenly – ideal for escaping the stress of everyday life. To explore the surroundings and the many beautiful sights, a car is important. So you can fully enjoy the authentic Cretan culture and breathtaking nature. Overall, I highly recommend this place! A perfect place for those looking for tranquility and coziness in a natural and mountainous environment. Thank you very much for the hospitality and great communication!

This was one of the best houses I stayed in - really modern and great internal design. The two bathrooms are a rarity in Greece and we were really happy that we had them. We enjoyed the very comfortable beds and the pillows. A fully equipped kitchen was also a nice element to the perfect stay. Need to know that the village is on a hill and there is a narrow cobbled street (no direct access by car), but there is a small parking about 150m away from the house.

A clean and tidy place to stay. Christos was very responsive and gave great tips for the visit. It's a bit of a challenging location, but the car is fine.

We enjoyed our stay with Georg very much. Especially the garden was so great for our two boys with plenty of space to run around and great play opportunities. We were spoiled with delicious olive oil and freshly picked salad and were able to snack on pomegranate from the garden. Communication with Georg was always flawless and fast. He and his family were always so helpful and so friendly. We were even allowed to watch the olive harvest and learned so much about it from Georg. The surroundings are great for various excursions. We highly recommend George's place.

It was a wonderful stay for us. Those who love peace and solitude should not miss this experience. Rena always answered questions very well and quickly. We were very pleased with your attentiveness. It is a lovingly furnished apartment in which we felt really comfortable. The balcony is spacious, yes you share it with the neighboring apartment - but it is still private. We hardly saw our neighbors. It is a really nice, tranquil village with very nice, friendly inhabitants. The taverns on the beach had very tasty food and friendly hosts. As known from other reviews, you have to like serpentines and should pack hiking shoes. Unfortunately, mine broke on the second day, otherwise we would have made several tours up high. Walking from bay to bay (dreamlike beaches) went quite well with sneakers if you are sure-footed yourself. We'll be back.

What a great apartment!! So clean and tidy, everything you need is available. Even groceries in fridge! In between, there will be cleaning again and replacing linens/towels. Communication is very easy and friendly. Highly recommended!! However, you really need a car because you are not within walking distance of e.g. city or beach.

We are the family of 3 and we had a great stay at Charis's apartment. The place is very big, beds and linens super comfy, towels, bath supplies - like a top end hotel! Kitchen with all you need if you want to cook. My favourite spot was the balcony with comfy furniture to have a morning coffee or to admire stunning sunsets (I think I took like 300 photos). Underground parking was a plus for us as we had a car. The place is outside the old city, but the parking is really cheap (3 euros for a full day at the Marina) or you can take a 15 min walk. Charis is an amazing host. All communication was perfect. He left us candie and Easter specialties to try. last but mot least, as we arrived late on Easter Sunday, he picked up groceries for us as most places were closed. Thank you again Charis. I cannot recommend the place and the host enough. We did not want to leave and hope to be back!

We stayed here for 8 days with our son and his wife and our granddaughter. It was absolutely perfect for us, we spent several days in Heraklion and then toured the neighbouring regions of the island in our rented car. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a large and well-stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook some meals together. We were especially grateful for Eirini's offers of assistance and suggestions for activities such as the Oxi day celebrations on October 28. We would have missed it if she hadn't alerted us to the parade. All in all a perfect holiday, would gladly stay there again.

We enjoyed the stay very much and everything was wonderful! The pool was clean and nice and cool! Requests were responded to immediately and you are only 20 minutes away from the most amazing beaches! Since the accommodation is remote but close to a busy road, you should take Oropax with you if you want to sleep without air conditioning ( which all work perfectly) and may be sensitive to noise. All in all it was a wonderful house with everything you need! Many thanks for everything :)

The villa was amazing.The pool an the garden are perfect. The host is very friendly and she gave us wine and a cake which was super cute.

We had a great time in this lovely Cretan stone house, very clean and perfectly equipped. Toilet linen is changed twice a week and bed linen is changed every week, in addition to the cleaning done very regularly, which was not mentioned in the listing😁. The village is very lively and there are excellent restaurants , as well as a small convenience store perfectly busy. Maria Ionna is a very responsive host to our requests and always very friendly . I highly recommend this location!

The house has been fully redecorated to a high modern day standard. It's spacious and very private, also thanks to the walled inner garden with swimming pool, and possibilities to park two cars behind an electronically operated gate. The house is clean and the beds very comfortable. Also ideal when traveling with two couples of which one has children, because one bedroom has a separate front door that is accessible from the garden (under the roof top terrace). A very nice local restaurant and a supermarket are within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

We had such a lovely stay at Manolis’ house. Our family of 7 (incliding a 2 & 5 year old & my 75 yo mom) all loved our visit. Manolis met us and gave us such a warm welcome with so many local tips and recommendations. It was even more beautiful then the photos and full od beautiful family heirlooms. The village of Amari is beautiful and peaceful and the villa is perfectly located in the middle of the village right next to the taverna. The views are amazing, the pool an numerous patios are gorgeous with stunning views and it is so peaceful and private. There were so many lovely complementary foods from the local vendors on arrival which made us feel right at home. Rumy cooked us the most amazing meals we had in the region that were so incredibly delicious! Do not miss her meals! She modified multiple dishes for our dietary restrictions. She is truly a masterful chef and such a wonderfully warm person. Our kids loved the home, pool, outdoor cats & Rumy! Everyone was so kid friendly!

Fantastic villa with beautiful pool and view. Downstairs at the sea you can watch nice snorkeling and fishing thanks to the super clear water. We and our kids enjoyed it. First village is 30 minutes drive so provide plenty of groceries.
