Two bedroom home has dramatic views of the ocean and a cute and comfortable place to call home. We are located just across the street from Davidsons surf break. Located in Kekaha which is loved for its sunny days and laid back vibe. As with most of the ocean view homes in Kekaha we are on Kuhio Hwy directly across from the ocean. Please consider the traffic noise and keep in mind that for most the views far outweigh the road noise.

Beautiful and secluded location right on the water. The views are unmatched. The cottage is removed from the crowds around Hanalei which is great for privacy but will be a decent drive to most restaurants and stores. The cottage maximizes the views with large windows facing the water. Since there is not A/C in the cottage (as indicated in the listing), we'd recommend to future guests to try and arrive in the afternoon to get the fans going and open the windows so that you can sleep at a comfortable temperature. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Jim's place was beautiful and had a gorgeous view. There were many amenities, including an old record player with hawaiian vinyl records. We really enjoyed that added touch. It has a great access to a beautiful sandy beach and a nice walk down Poipu Beach to Brennecke's beach to see the turtles. There are restaurants, Starbucks, grocery stores and shopping a short drive away. We had some trouble finding the building number and the neighbor on the bottom floor paid us a visit to tell us we were walking too loudly. (Grouchy Renter) Overrall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at Jim's place again.

What a place! This home truly has everything you need—and then some. Every appliance and piece of furniture is high-end, and the entire space is spotless. The attention to detail throughout the house really stood out to me. As a tea lover, I especially appreciated the instant hot water faucet—such a small touch, but it made things so much easier. Communication was fast and seamless. Honestly, this may have been my favorite rental yet. Highly recommend!

Kevin was a great host. I have never felt more comfortable at an Airbnb than at Kevin’s home. He gave incredible recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing. He went out of his way to accommodate us on our trip and is a very kind and respectful person. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Kauai. This place is a gem. Location, amenities, and the atmosphere are incredible. Great place to stay in Poipu Beach!

Brief trip to Koloa to celebrate a milestone birthday and spend time with our children. Kaycee's house on Kukuiula was fantastic and perfectly sized for our small family. The property is ideally situated on the property, quiet and private, and appeared to be very new and high end. All amenities worked properly and we had not difficulties at all during our 5 night stay. The Kukuilula Resort is unique and very high end. We were able to take wonderful walks on the large property and well as to the Village, Secret Beach, and other areas along the coast of Poipu. Simple 5 minute walk to shopping and restaurants and a grocery store. Kaycee was an excellent, friendly, and helpful host thoughout the entire process. This is our best house rental experience to date -- bar none. We hope to return soon!

My partner and I stayed here for 9 nights. Florence was very responsive and gave a detailed list of recommendations and house rules. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals if you don’t want to go out to eat as often. Being able to see and hear the ocean from the bed was super relaxing. The AC worked great. Fun to watch the surf channel and local Hawaiian news on cable TV. I would definitely stay here again.
