The accommodation is so incredibly beautiful and elegantly furnished that you can hardly believe it at first sight. The view of the vineyards, the great sofa, the bed, the kitchen, the fantastic bathroom...everything pure luxury and sooo incredibly stylish. Simply a dream. Stefan showed us around and explained everything in person. The lighting control is technically modern and you can enter the apartment with a code, so you can neither lock yourself out nor lose a key. We were very sad when we had to leave and hope to be back soon. (apart from the apartment, you can visit about 200 wineries from Herxheim👍🍷) Thank you for the perfect getaway. Birgit and Thomas 💋

Otto and his wife were very helpful from the start and the loft was perfect for my needs over the 2 months that I stayed, the loft is in a nice neighborhood and it was very quite. It is also close to downtown Kaiserslautern and Ramstein. The host was also accommodating with me needs to extend and we’re also very quick to respond with any questions or needs that I had.

Very nice apartment with great views. The balcony invites you to relax. You can enjoy the sauna with a great view. The furnishings of the apartment are quite complete. A village shop is within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was perfect! me and my fiancé stayed really comfortably, like at our home. the location was great as it was pretty close to my university, 3m walk to netto supermarket and a bus station. Perfect view to the beautiful city! and the kitchen was completely equipped!

I have had a lovely 3mo stay in Stelzenberg with Verena. She has been an excellent host. Stelzenberg is a quaint village with lots of good hiking. It is a 15min drive from downtown Kaiserslautern. I have enjoy this stay so much that I have extended my stay by 4 months for the remainder of my work contract.

Jakob is a wonderful host and is now a friend. I would recommend this place and any of Jakob’s properties to anyone.

Beautiful clean apartment with parking, good facilities, and almost everything you need. It's a fantastic place with excellent hosts. Bärbel responds quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and there are some shops nearby. It's close to Ramstein Air Base. I would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay. We stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t want to leave! It is an easy walk to town, beautiful neighborhood, and it immediately felt like home. The home and furnishings were beautiful and charming. I would very highly recommend this home!

Great place to stay! One double bed and 4 twin beds sleeps 6. The duvets and blankets were so soft and comfy. Table and benches in kitchen seat 6. Dishes for 6. Refrigerator, oven, stove, kettle, TV, and washer available. Balcony off of master bedroom. Area is very walkable - tons of restaurants, take-out places, bars, and night clubs nearby. Tons of stores and a shopping mall nearby too. 11 minute walk from grocery store, Lidl, and 10 minute walk to laundromat, Waschsalon. Many ATMs in the area. Would definitely recommend this place!!!

Jan and Selina are both super lovely hosts and always available. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, with a lot of attention to detail. Before arrival, candles and scented oils were even lit, there was also a welcome surprise in the fridge. Would go back anytime, thanks to you :)

Laura’s place was perfect. 10 mins to gate. 10 mins to K town. Washer dryer included. Resturant right across street & few more eateries walking distance. Lidl 5 min walk. Dishwasher, kettle and all the amenities listed were top of the line. Parking was perfect for our small car rental. Stayed there for 5 nights, 2 adults and 1 preteen. Perfect 1 bedroom for why we visit the area. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice place to stay in Kaiserslautern. Everything is very modern and newly furnished. The location is very good. Clear recommendation!

Was here a while. The flat is bigger than the pictures suggested. The master bed was comfy and the Kitchen had everything I needed.

There were two of us (father + child) in the apartment and we felt like we were guests at Udo's. Everything was perfectly furnished, clean and cozy. Even breakfast is a highlight (highly recommended!). We were allowed to feed the alpacas and take selfies on the very first morning. Udo explained a lot to us about alpacas. The outdoor area with sauna and Jacuzzi in the winter garden are also simply great. From here, many exciting excursion destinations can be reached, the Hahnenbachtal right next door, Idar-Oberstein with its mineral museums and tunnels only half an hour away by car. Short distances to the forest, but you also have some meters of altitude to climb and descend. In any case, a double thumbs up 👍

The stay was great. The location was both close to the center, and very quiet. The proximity, e.g. to Strasbourg by car, is also great. The apartment is as described in the advertisement. Tugba was very friendly and always quickly accessible. I would be happy to come back.

Beautiful decor, we felt totally comfortable, everything clean.

The place is super nice, with a unique view of the countryside and the sunset. Especially the combination of hot pot and sunset more than convinced us. In addition, you are directly in the green and have the choice of several small or larger routes that you can walk without having to move the car. If you have an issue, the host will take care of it and the apartment is also very child-friendly. We will definitely recommend and will be happy to come back 😍

we felt very comfortable in the accommodation and will certainly be back again! Incredibly relaxing wellness area with great add ons like culinary accompaniment and bread service! For hiking nearby, we received a direct suggestion adapted to our ideas with a direct digital map to navigate. Incredibly friendly hosts with attention to detail, full recommendation.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment! Close to grocery stores, pharmacy, and a massage place. Has an elevator to the 7th floor, then you just have to walk up one flight. Has a stunning view of the city. Parking is 5 euro a day through an Easy Park app. Washer and dryer were very nice to have so you can pack light. Great water pressure for the shower. Can’t say enough good things!

The stay was very pleasant and as described in the advertisement. Everything was clean and freshly washed. Unfortunately, there was no shampoo and shower gel, as stated in the ad, but it doesn't detract from it. The tub was a dream and the location and surroundings are definitely worth the trip. Viorica was always available and friendly.
