Separate entrance, so privacy is maintained. In the middle of nature - and yet quickly in the city center of Kaiserslautern (6 km); only 2 km away from the Technical University. The bus connection to the city is good.

Looking at the Palatinate Forest, the "Waldschlösschen" is on the edge of the university residential area. I myself use the apartment when I visit my family in Kaiserslautern and otherwise live in Hamburg. It has 1.5 rooms and is set up in such a way that you can work efficiently from home and also relax. I am happy if you can also enjoy it: sit back and relax, study or work – in this quiet, stylish and modern accommodation.
