He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. This was one of our best Airbnb stays ever, thanks to Andrea’s hospitality, attention to detail, and warmth. Don’t hesitate — book now.

A real lovely place to stay — feels lived in with some real unique pieces! Walking distance to a few eateries and cafes, as well as to the metro and to Philopappos hill. Pretty convenient location. Thank you for having us!

The place was large, spacious, clean, and safe. Great area with easy walk to pretty much everything. Theo was very responsive. The rules were not overwhelming and very reasonable. I think if you’re in Athens for a few days with more than 2 people this place is definitely it!

Anna and Teo were very responsive and helpful, especially with a tour guide and pickup at the port and drop off at the airport. Very nice to provide little snack and drink gifts too. Perfect location - close to everything.

We had a great time. Everything was super smooth. Communication excellent and clear, check-in no problem. The location is unbeatable in Athens. Everything walking distance, fantastic food places all around. Would come back anytime!

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

The perfect place to stay in Pefki. Andreas was very responsive, helpful, and kind. And the house was even better than we expected when we booked it.

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!

И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

Alles war einfach hervorragend! Die Kommunikation mit María war von Anfang an ausgezeichnet – sie war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit – alles war makellos! Die Lage ist perfekt: eine ruhige Gegend, aber trotzdem in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants und allem, was man braucht. Ein echtes Highlight war der schöne Balkon, ideal für ein gemütliches Frühstück oder ein entspanntes Abendessen im Freien. Ein ganz besonderes Detail: die Katzen, die man auf den Fotos sieht, kamen jeden Tag vorbei und haben uns Gesellschaft geleistet – sie haben uns viel Freude bereitet. Ein wunderschönes Apartment mit liebevollen Details und einer Gastgeberin, die sich wirklich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Stephen was a very nice host. Everything was well organized and he was very nice helping me getting around town. Perfect place to stay for a conference at the nearby conference center.

I had a wonderful stay at Souzanna’s apartment! They were very accomodating with my late check in time, and met me on arrival, where I was given the full house tour. I loved that they had music playing when I arrived so it already felt like home. The place is bigger than I expected, with interesting decorations all around the flat, there would be an item of interest for everyone to find. Very comfy couch. There were ear plugs provided which was helpful as it’s on street level. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this flat after my two-week adventure through Mykonos, Athens, and Santorini. Lida was incredibly pleasant, responsive, and informative, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was thorough, organized, and had a charismatic approach that made me feel welcome. The location, while slightly removed from central Athens, is in a prime spot. It’s very walkable, and I felt safe exploring the area. When I didn’t feel like walking, Ubers were affordable and convenient. But, honestly, I enjoyed walking everywhere and soaking up the local atmosphere. The seventh-floor penthouse was fantastic. The flat is spacious, with a surprisingly roomy bathroom that looks even better in person than in the photos. The foyer has tons of useful information for tourists, which I didn’t end up using, but I can see how helpful it would be for others. Overall, I had an amazing, relaxing time decompressing after a whirlwind trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!💙💙💙

I’m not good at writing reviews but, I’ll say this-I felt safe after a day or two! It took awhile getting used to Greek formalities but overall-I would stay there again!

Livin apt is well located in between the city centre and the nice Mets area with lots of bars and restaurants. While on a big street, there is no noise (the bedrooms are located at the back of the apt). The bathroom and toilet are small, but practical. With 3 people it felt very spacious, I would say over 4 would become a bit tights. We we're particularly happy with the great communication as we booked on the day of the arrival and the check-in was exceptionally smooth.

I had a wonderful time staying at Louis’s Apartment. The Apartment was just as described; clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for getting around, with the metro and bus stop just steps away, making it effortless to explore Athens. Louis was a great host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. If I’m back in Athens, I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Juste exceptionnel Panayiotis a été un hôte comme rarement rencontré durant tous nos voyages. Il est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le logement est parfaitement propre rien à dire. La piscine très bien pour nous rafraîchir les fins d’après midi après nos visites d’Athènes. Panayiotis nous a fait livrer une délicieuse glace le jour de notre départ et il s’est occupé de nous ramener à l’aéroport pour notre départ alors qu’il s’était déjà occupé de notre arrivée. Il m’a conseillé d’utiliser ChatGPT du coup c’est ce que je vais faire désormais. Nous reviendrons à Athènes et c’est sur nous logerons chez Panayiotis dans aucune hésitation. Promis Panayiotis je vais apprendre le grec avec ChatGPT 😏😊 encore mille fois merci d’avoir fait de notre séjour un excellent voyage grâce à l’ensemble de vos conseils. À très bientôt.

Great place to stay while in Athens! Close to the metro and the rooftop pool was great for a break from the heat. Would stay here again!

The purpose of our trip was to attend a concert at the Lycabettus Theatre. We didn’t expect the apartment to be as perfect as it was! The apartment is clean, trendy, cool from the air con and the private pool was just the best!!! We loved the area, with it being slightly out the way from city centre. Kolanaki has so much hidden gems with great food spots! Thank you for having us X

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

Perfect location to experience the local scene, close to markets and local restaurants, all well within short walking distance. Home was really clean, no complaints, beds were comfortable and ample hot water. The area is some what dated since it appears to be 40 years old or so but that adds to the ambience of the area. Great food & drink all around and Uber really makes travel quick within the City.

Thanos nous a accueilli même très tôt le matin. il nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement de l'appartement et indique les activités à faire à Voula. Il faut une voiture pour ce déplacer ou faire appel à des taxis via Uber ( très reactif). L'appartement à 2 chambres, il est très agréable avec de belles prestations. la piscine est un vrai + ainsi que la climatisation. Les poubelles et serviettes de toilettes sont changés tous les jours. Nous recommandons ce logement

Apartment was very clean and well-appointed. Air conditioning was excellent. Open plan kitchen, diner and lounge was lovely. Tiled floors throughout. Insect screen on all sliding doors and an excellent balcony overlooking the garden which had a welcoming swimming pool. Excellent value for our two night stay. A very welcome coffee and bowl of home grown apricots from the owner as we say by the pool was much appreciated. We used food deliveries for our meals. Very convenient.
