This is a great place to stay when arriving to Christchurch from the Airport. I had a very nice quiet night. Su was great to communicate with. I really appreciated my stay. Thanks Su.

The Little House

Must be one of the best airbnbs we've ever stayed in and we've stayed all over the world. Very comfortable bed great shower unbelievably well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately we didn't use the magnificent outdoor area because of the weather. The treats and supplies are insane. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again definitely 5 star.

Unwind and Play at The Pavilion!

KateRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We got in the car when leaving and both the teenagers said "rated that place". High praise to have immediate agreement front rh two of them, and I'd agree. Anna and Mark were lovely hosts, along with Bobo (the terrier) to check all was well. This is an awesome space, beautifully appointed, and easy to total relax - whilst also centrally located to explore the region or stay somewhere en route. The fresh eggs and lolly jar were a big hit too. The photos totally capture the space, but it is even better in person. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

Brand new warm and cosy home, 10 mins to town

SmitaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I stayed with Amanda for 3 days recently during my first ever visit to Christchurch. Amanda was a wonderful host. I felt super comfortable and right at home with her. It is amazing how much effort Amanda puts into pre-empting needs of her house guests and provide for them- may that be extra blankets or beach towels or Easter chocolate :) It was like living with a friend when visiting a new town. I had a great time staying at her place and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting CCH. rain did me dirty during my stay otherwise her home is close to beach which would make for a lovely day out. She is situated not far from the city which makes it an ideal location to provide much needed peace but also options to explore the city comfortably. Special highlight for me- Pickles, her cute little kitten who is super friendly and adorable. I would love to stay with Amanda and Pickles next time i am in town!

Home away from home

Staying with Philip and Allison was a true pleasure. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room and private bathroom felt more like a self-contained apartment — with its own entrance and hallway — which gave me a perfect balance of privacy and independence. At the same time, I was warmly encouraged to make use of the kitchen and living areas whenever I liked, which created such a homely and comfortable environment. Philip and Allison were also fantastic at offering local tips and suggestions — their recommendations really made a difference in my trip. We shared some lovely conversations throughout my stay, which I genuinely cherished.
