Excellent location, beautiful view, house was well stocked and the communication was terrific from both homeowner Steve alongside the property manager Walker. Speedy responses to any questions we had. Our family had a blast in Maui and would rent from Steve again. Steve also had great recommendations for local eating alongside a picturesque sunset spot. For our family of five, Steve's home was a winner.

Kapalua Ridge is an incredible development and Kevin’s place was absolutely stunning. The entire setup gives all the resorts in the area a run for their money. The place itself was clean, well equipped, massive and luxurious. The views of the coast and islands was beautiful and we enjoyed stunning views everyday. It’s a short walk to the beach and few steps past the nearby beach gets you to Kapalua bay which is where the restaurants are. The bathrooms were very large and luxurious - which we loved. Our host Kevin was super responsive and was very helpful with recommendations and helping us find things in the airbnb. Will come back here if in Maui - amazing place.

We had the best time at this condo! It was quiet and clean and was exactly what we were hoping for! Don was incredibly responsive when I had questions or needed recommendations to rent baby gear! We had a great time and hope to Come back again

Perfect location with beautiful beaches nearby. Not a lot of restaurants around but if you have a car - it’s easy to navigate. The view from the bedroom and living room is brilliant 😍 We really enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommend 🙌🏻

We, a small family, recently stayed in Kaanapali Maui and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with all the essentials — from kitchenware including a blender and all of the beach necessities. After going around the island and picking up some fresh fruit, it was a nice afternoon treat to be able to make our own smoothies! Highly recommend it. The view from the lanai (balcony) was absolutely stunning. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean, and in the evenings we were treated to the most spectacular sunsets. The sound of the waves crashing was the perfect background to a truly relaxing vacation. The location was ideal just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants. We loved being close to snorkeling spots and whale watching opportunities. The complex also had a pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill

Very beautiful location to stay at in Kaanapali! Has a gym with just enough equipment, grills and pools, and an included private golf cart upon request to the beautiful Kaanapali beaches. Also towel service available until 5:30pm! So wonderful! AC and other amenities were great, did not have a single issue or complaint my entire stay here. Had a great time here, will hopefully be back!!!

Wow, what an amazing stay! The villa was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean, waterfall, and mountains. The private pool and hot tub were perfect spots to relax and soak in the scenery. We were delighted to discover a charming hidden nook upstairs overlooking the pool a delightful surprise! The bedroom was gorgeous, and while the outdoor shower took a moment to get used to, it turned out to be such a unique experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. Being nestled in a garden setting, we did encounter a few critters like cockroaches, spiders, lizards, and mosquito eaters, especially since we loved keeping the doors open to feel the refreshing breeze. It didn’t bother us much, though a quick sweep of some webs inside would have been appreciated. Now this is quite a drive from any towns/ restaurants so prepare in advance and stop somehwere before check in! Overall, the place was very clean, and our stay was incredibly peaceful. We had a lovely 2 weeks at Luana Kai. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed for our time there. There was plenty to do right in Kihei and we had a great time.

We loved Maria’s place! Open plan with lots of space to relax and socialize. We loved having a washer and dryer! The beach chairs were an added bonus. The lanai was my favorite place. It faces due east so we were able to watch the sunrise every day while listening to the birds and drinking our coffee. The beds were very comfortable. A lovely neighborhood within walking distance to town, which we did every day. I highly recommend this lovely home!

Ryan's place was truly exceptional and worth the price. The spaces matches the photos and description, the neighborhood was stunning with plants and flowers everywhere, and you can't get any better than being steps from the ocean. We will absolutely be staying here again! The AC worked great, the beds were comfortable, and they had good quality linens and towels. Something important to me is how comfortable the sitting area is, where people gather together. This living room was perfect! Couch was clean and comfortable, and the chairs next to it were too. It was easy to lounge in there with our family. We also really appreciated that there were so many great beach accessories we could use, like chairs, boogie board, sand castle buckets, etc. Ryan was easy to get a hold of and gracious. We did suggest that he put some grease on the bathroom door in the Ocean (master) bedroom because it gets quite loud when opening at night. He said they will get that fixed! Can't wait to come back!

Mike and Ashley were incredibly amazing and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. Really appreciated the special touch they left us for our anniversary and will recommend them to and friends and family that visit Maui. Their place is beautiful and it looks even better in pictures. It is perfectly homey, private, and quiet, which was very nice but also close to the beach with a three minute walk couldn’t recommend staying with Mike and Ashley more. Thanks for helping make our anniversary trip special!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible location, and it exceeded my expectations! The place was immaculate; we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. The thoughtful details and comfortable setting truly enhanced our stay, making it a memorable experience. Located just a few minutes’ drive to MM 0 on the Hana Highway, it was a perfect location to stay for our two-day exception checking out all that time allowed on the road to Hana. Would love to stay here again when we get back to Maui.

Great place to stay. My husband and I, my 4 young children, as well my parents stayed here for our 9 day Hawaii vacation. This place was like being at home with all the things you could need! There was snorkeling gear, beach towels, a beach wagon, fins, water shoes of various sizes, etc. in the garage. We didn’t have to buy anything for the beach! Inside was comfortable and clean. Couldn’t have been better! Walking distance to Kihei Village and lots of fun places around!

The backyard in this place is so tropical paradise- saltwater pool and hot tub made us not want to leave. It’s just as gorgeous as the photos. No a/c wasn’t a problem for us. Was cool enough at night.

This place was by far the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed!!! Ocean front, beautiful sunsets, quiet, peaceful, amazing and convenient location…. Couldn’t have been better. Many many mahalos to the hosts for creating a wonderful place to build memories with my family.

We loved our stay at this home. The private beach is stunning!Being able to launch for wing foiling was ideal. The yard is so great and a wonderful place to eat outside. The house is more spacious than the pictures. There are planes going by but the other features outweigh the noise that you get used to. January is a wonderful host and great resource for information! We will be back next year!

We had an amazing time. Amy & Jay were extremely responsive and the property was immaculate. Our family of 5 had everything we needed to be comfortable, enjoy the beach and be within 15 minutes of anything on the west side of Maui. We plan on returning soon!

Book it! I have come to Maui several times and stayed at both Hotels and condo type resorts and let me te you this is perfect (especially for families) The house had everything from a fully stocked kitchen (minus food ofc) , Pack and play for babies to beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, snorkel gear. I usually rent those, so that was nice to have! The view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and bedroom was such a treat. The condo atmosphere is mostly quiet and laid-back. The lanai was my absolute favorite! I was nervous about not having AC but it honestly was not needed between the fans and the natural ocean breeze that comes in(especially in the second room) the whole house stays comfortable. I absolutely will be staying here again in the future!

A wonderfully comfortable Hawaiian cottage with plenty of room to spread out. It’s fully equipped with beach chairs, snorkel gear, pickle ball paddles and even a cooler. Van was so helpful and accommodating during our stay. Easy 10 minute walk down to the main beach access with a great boardwalk. Highly recommend this great little spot.

This house was perfect for us. We loved how it was close to everything but private you feel like you’re way out in the country but in reality you’re just close to the main road in the main town. There are a lot of chickens walking around in the morning and clocking, but they go to sleep at night and they’re fun to watchthe house had everything we needed to cook as we cooked most of our meals

Fantastic place if you like being off the beaten path. It provides excellent access to necessities without the overcloud of a tourist destination. When you can go right out the front door to the beach and snorkel with sea turtles, why do you need a tour? I would highly recommend this place to folks who are looking for peace and serenity during their vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Maui Paradise Properties! The location is unbeatable and the space is well-lit, roomy, and well-decorated. I loved the open space kitchen and patio. We will definitely come back to Maui Paradise Properties on our next visit!

We loved staying at Rhonda’s cottage . The house is absolutely beautiful, a charming, traditional Hawaiian-style cottage with such a warm and inviting feel. The deco is adorable, full of thoughtful touches that make the space feel cozy and authentic. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped, and there's even a dedicated closet for luggage. Rhonda goes above and beyond for her guests, We were greeted each day with delicious banana bread and fresh fruits. She also provides everything you need for a perfect beach day: beach chairs, sun umbrellas, snorkel gear, and more. Rhonda herself is simply lovely. She helped us with laundry, offered great recommendations for things to do in Maui, and restaurants. There's also a handmade booklet in the cottage full of helpful information about nearby activities and dining spots We truly felt like we were being welcomed by family like staying a kind aunt who wants you to feel completely at home during the holidays.

Prime location. House was equipped with beach necessities which made it really convenient for the family. A short walk across the highway and you're right at airport beach.
