You will have one dedicated parking spot right by your door as well as access to upstairs amenities. Two lovely outdoor barbecue areas too!. Owner hosted -This lower level large studio has all what you need for a great vacation. The unit is located a 1/2 block off of Ali'i Drive. The unit is about 550 sq/ft and it has a nice size lanai .The unit has its own bbq grill and beach toys. A kitchen with the essentials and a small dining area. The room has a CalKing bed and Queen sz sofa pull out, TV in each area. 3 Guests maximum regardless the age. 1 bedroom apt. Pets upon request with a fee This unit is potential for noise.

My home is a classic Hawaiian ranchette on the slopes of Hualalai, on 3 acres of beautiful Hawaiian forest. It has beautiful lanais, a deck with hot tub downstairs, along with a workout room and ping pong table. KMH is close to several of Kona's beautiful beaches, the Big Island's most challenging golf, and has great views of the Kona coast. It is also adjacent to a Nature Preserve where you can hike for miles through the Forest. My home will make you feel like you live in Hawaii!
