Villa vacation rentals in Kahaluu Bay

We stayed at Royal Sea Cliff in unit 109, and it was absolutely amazing. The property was right on the ocean, and the condo was very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we could ever want. It has a huge lanai which we enjoyed using for our morning coffee and our glass of wine at sunset. There were also pool toys for the kids, and plenty of beach gear for us which was very useful. The grounds are lovely, and the building is well maintained and cleaned. We had an issue with one of the bathroom doors that had gotten off the track, and Kona Coast was very attentive, and sent a handyman out the next day to fix it. The unit is definitely a little pricier, but it was well worth the money spent, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only recommendation I would give is to update their cable tv to maybe provide Netflix or at least to have a working tv guide. When we wanted to watch a show at night, we had to manually flip through each channel to find a show, because the digital guide said "no information" for each channel. But this was an insignificant detail compared to everything else that was awesome with the unit. We would love to stay here again if we're ever on the Big Island again!

Betsy’s listing worked out extremely well for us. It is a well-equipped/maintained condo and the space was perfect for two couples. The oceanfront location was a highlight and the large balcony was perfect for relaxing and sunset viewing. It is conveniently located near Kona and yet felt very quiet and removed from the busier tourist bustle. Betsy was a great host - proactive and easy to communicate with. We’d loved to have stayed longer and would certainly return.

We loved this place. Beautiful surroundings, condo was very clean, less than a block from seashore park that had good snorkeling and lots of extras to go to the beach. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware. We didn’t go to the pool there but it looked nice and private. It doesn’t say it in the listing but it has a great master bedroom with bathroom and a king size bed. It has a set of twin beds in the other bedroom and a fold up mattress to accommodate 5 people. I would recommend and stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying here. The ease of parking and walking right in, the outdoor shower, morning jogs right from the house with a view of the volcanoes all make this a great stay. An easier more laid back option than a resort or hotel with the same luxury feel.

Great stay on the Big Island! This was our first time to this island and we weren’t sure what the best location would be. The Golf Villas at Mauna Lani was perfect. We split our time between beach days and day trips to Volcanoes National Park, Hilo and Kona. The Villa was a great space for the 5 of us. Loved having the lanais as they were our favorite morning coffee spot. The villa was spotless when we arrived. Check-in instructions were perfect. The place was fully equipped with all the kitchen supplies, bath towels, beach gear we needed. Allyson coordinated with Chelsea who did our Costco and grocery store shopping prior to our arrival. This was a huge help as we arrived on a holiday weekend after stores closed. Allyson was extremely responsive with timely answers to questions. Her Digital Guidebook was a great resource. Loved the private beach at the resort, Waimea Farmer’s Market, Fair Winds Snorkeling tour. Would stay with Allyson again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful vacation home in Hawaii! The house was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after long days in the sun. The pool is just steps away from the house, and we used it every single day. Even better, the home comes stocked with any and all pool and beach gear you could possibly need—coolers, chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, boogie boards, and more. It made heading out for the day so easy! One of the highlights was the access to a private beach club, which is just a short drive away. Dean was an excellent host and left a thoughtfully curated list of recommended restaurants. We visited most of them, and they were great! Our favorites were Tommy Bahama, Canoe House, Merrimans and Miller&Lux. We would absolutely return to this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and truly made our Hawaiian vacation effortless.

This is our second time staying in Waikoloa Village but the first at this unit. Clean and comfortable with everything you need to settle right in. We would stay here again!

Our stay was awesome! We had everything we needed and more. Beach equipment to use, enough space and the location was quite and nice. We stayed in Unit P32 and our stay was all we wished for. All information was provided beforehand and there was good communication before and during the stay. Mahalo!

The condo was clean and more than enough for us. Hosts communication was on point. She handled my every request. I definitely recrecommend this place.

We had an amazing stay! It was truly a wonderful time, the place was clean and had many amenities. We had everything we needed and there was great communication with Michelle. Robert was wonderful and helpful in booking and stayed in contact throughout our stay, ensuring my family and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. I had a few questions regarding a few of the baby items listed and he was quick to get back to me and the check-in process was an absolute dream. The villa is located in a beautiful area and inside a gated community, literally minutes from stores and a short walk to the beach club. The beach club is awesome, expect to see a gorgeous infinity pool, a gym, hot tub overlooking the beach, and a gate that leads you right into Anaeho’omalu Bay. The villa itself is extremely family friendly, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of toddler utensils and plates, even two highchairs and a pack-n-play. The beach equipment is fully stocked and kept tidy. I could not recommend staying here enough!

the place was fantastic, clean, quiet, right on the course. The original listing said it had a bunk bed but it was a sofa bed. when I had any questions they were always quick to answer

It was truly perfect with beautiful views and a huge lanai to enjoy them from. Coffee on the lanai in the morning will be a favorite memory! It was a great location for the Ironman 70.3. and so close to beaches and restaurants/shops. The beach supplies were especially appreciated!! Would welcome the chance to stay here again. Thank you!

I don’t really understand why Red awning is involved. After we booked everything was through Kohalo property. Even the checkin codes were wrong from red awning. The place however was beautifully decorated brand new with all the supplies we needed. We spent most of the time on the lanai with its built in kitchen. Walk to queens shops. We drove to beaches but could have walked but with chairs etc it would have been difficult as 70 year old very fit people! Perfect for 2 couples who like to cook!

Our stay at your villas was fantastic! The location was easy to find, just as described. The condo was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, from great kitchen utensils to beach gear. We loved the lovely view of the pool and the amazing sitting area where we could enjoy our coffee on the lanai or have dinner at night. We couldn't have chosen a better place, and we would definitely book again!

Our family loved our stay at Unit C5. The unit is plenty spacious, furniture was nice, beds were comfy. Water pressure was great, plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked, and we made use of the outdoor kitchen to grill out some ribeyes and asparagus from the nearby grocery store. We LOVED the on-site pool and hot tub. It was never crowded, and it has plenty of palm trees and landscaping to make it feel private, upscale, and shaded. We made it down to the pool almost every day we were there. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler which helped make our trip down to the private beach a breeze. The private beach was busy during our trip, but it was nice to have an option so close to the house. Only thing that we wished we would’ve had was a golf cart to explore the area a little more, but they were available for rent through a local company. All in all, 10/10. Would definitely stay here again!

Roberts Kolea corner condo was a great place to stay for a beautiful week in Waikaloa area! Close proximity to the pool and ocean and shops. Has a significant golf discount for those golf enthusiasts. The condo is well maintained despite, showing some minor wear and tear here and there. Communication was clear and responsive and would stay there again. A great week in Kona area paradise! Mahalo!
