Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kagoshima

Authentic and beautiful, very easy to be warm if needed. Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in was easy.

Haruka and Tomoya san’s place is the place to be if you would like to experience the true yakushima nature. Not only the surroundings of the accomodation but the people you are surrounded by and get to interact with day to day really was the highlight of the trip. We had the best time learning to cut sashimi and talking to the family over the dinner table together. Haruka san was super responsive and helped us above and beyond a regular airbnb host - helped us find a rental car, and made restaurant bookings for us since we didn’t have a phone number. Truly grateful to have met her. The location is convenient with a car, 5min drive to Anbo (the port, restaurant and a supermarket). Also, 9min drive to Jomon Sugi trail bus stop, 25min drive to Hirauchi Kaichu Onsen (highly recommend and the family will be able to tell you when the low tides are during the season). It was a beautiful slow living experience and would love to be back soon!

Ryota's place should be on anyone's list that wants to.get away from the hustle and bustle of the larger cities and get back to nature. during our stay we enjoyed exploring local shops, seeing local wildlife. Do yourself a favour and book.this place, rent a car, grab some groceries from a local grocer on the way and you will not regret it!!! Thankyou for such an amazing stay 😀

Quel magnifique endroit sur une île incroyable Un petit coin de paradis en pleine nature ! L’hôte a été très réactif et aidant. Allant jusqu’à nous réserver une voiture pour nous déplacer sur l’île (impératif vu l’emplacement de la maison)

We stayed in guesthouse yururi while driving from Miyazaki to Kagoshima. The guest house looked to be recently renovated. It was very spacious and comfortable. It was very well equipped and impeccably clean. We checked in around 18:30. The proprietor couple welcomed us. After renting grilling equipment we went for a quick grocery run. After coming back around 19:30 we found the seats, table and the charcoal grill were all set up! We had a wonderful time grilling and enjoying a very memorable outdoor meal. The kitchen had everything one needs to cook meals. The washing machine was easy to use. We loved the automated bathtub. It was a very nice touch. The thoughtful organization and attention to detail were evident everywhere we looked. The playroom with swings was a whimsical touch, making this guesthouse ideal for larger family gatherings. We had a good night of rest, despite some minor road noise from trucks, as the house is located on a main thoroughfare.
