Proximity to the lake and mountains. The apartment is located right next to the snowmobile trail with good parking facilities for cars with trailers. The snowmobile trail from Alteidet is connected to the trail in Langfjord and from there you have the whole Finnmark in front of you. Many hiking opportunities with the famous starting point Laslettind which is very popular for top tours. Burfjord is the nearest town, about 10 min. drive from Alteidet. Local store in Langfjord, approx. 6 minutes drive from Alteidet. The apartment is 1 hour drive from Alta and 4 hours from Tromsø.

Seaview

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. Here you are close to nature, with a fantastic fjord view. 41 minutes by car from Alta Airport (36 km) In Kviby there is a cozy little grocery store where it is possible to shop for groceries. This is located about 6 km from the cabin, but has limited opening hours. It is a 24-minute drive to the alpine resort (22km), which is open in the winter. (Sarves Alta Outdoor Activity Ltd.) It may also be possible to have more than six residents, upon request.

This is a luxurious outdoor experience in the raw and beautiful nature of Finnmark. You can enjoy the peaceful surroundings outside, or relax indoors in the living room while watching the Northern Lights through the large panoramic windows. For international guests, the easiest way to reach the property is by flying to Lakselv or Alta Airport and renting a car. You can park your car conveniently right in front of the entrance, and an EV charger is available for use at the cabin (NOK 100/ day).

Great conditions for northern lights. 10 minutes walk to the university and 15 minutes to the city center where among other things the shopping are.

Discover the the Arctic Finnmark Alps in Jøkelfjord! (Glacierfjord) Very little light pollution gives great potential for Northern Lights watching, and whales often visit Oct–Jan. No guarantees, but lucky guests spot them from the warm sofa. The area offers excellent skiing opportunities. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, and water supply. Separate outbuilding with combustion toilet and shower. TV with Apple TV in the living room for streaming. Guests are welcome to borrow the two fishing rods available at the cabin during their stay.
