House vacation rentals in Kadumi

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Overall, an excellent experience—we’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others!

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The amenities are in great condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would be happy to come back.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea Check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Very stylish, clean and modern house in a quiet place where you immediately feel at home. The communication was excellent and very respectful. Can only recommend it to anyone who wants to spend relaxing days together with their family or friends

The place was very reasonable for the price and very large for two people. The pool and garden were perfectly designed for relaxation. Martin was always available for us. All in all, we liked it very much, would gladly come again.

there were four of us with a dog at the villa! a beautiful house with unheated, very clean pool! the garden is huge and fenced. Perfect for the four-legged friend! private parking with electric courtyard gate! Pure luxury! Very comfortable beds! the apartment was incredibly clean! no dust, nothing! cleaner than most hotels, even some 5 star houses are "dirty" if you want to call it that in this class! But the decor is definitely worth 5 stars. Very new, well-designed & sparkling clean Martina is almost always available and very friendly! She speaks good, understandable English and organizes contactless without her own presence! very pleasant if you don't know exactly when you will arrive! all interesting cities of Istria can be reached in half an hour, there are many supermarkets in 10 minutes by car! we will definitely be back! probably if it's a little warmer so you can get better in the pool too!

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking, and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area to reach the sea with a few minutes' walk. A convenience store, a bakery, and a restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

Nice apartment separate from main house with holiday apartments. Not super airy because it’s on the ground floor but totally ok for a few nights and you have a lovely private terrace. Liked the German 80s charm. City beach and old town of Porec in walking distance. Good communication and helpful host (didn’t meet Branko but his wife).

The house is nicely located on a hill. You can walk along the water to the old town in fifteen minutes. A nice walk that won't get bored. The cottage is very complete and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need. Great beds. Mladen is a nice and customer-friendly host. Thanks for the refreshing welcome drink!

Our second stay here and once again we loved it! Well equipped and everything you need. Great friendly hosts. Beautiful location with plenty within a short drive. Would happily return again.

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing vacation! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The place was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated, with everything you could ever need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. Communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back any time and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

A Beautiful house quite close to the sea and in a quiet and peaceful part of Poreč. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden. The entire place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The owners were very understanding when we needed to adjust the check-in time and helpful with providing advice about the local attractions. As can be seen on the map, the cottage is located in a small village relatively away from big cities or the coast. Nevertheless, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and attractions in the immediate vicinity. The house is freestanding with a large plot of land, which means there are no directly adjacent neighbors. The outdoor area is top out with lounge-chairs, jacuzzi, gas grill and terrace with seating. There is also parking is available right in front of the house. The interior design also leaves nothing to be desired: all rooms are fully equipped (small hairdryer available against the description), offer enough storage space and were found very clean. For purposes such as cooking, washing and cleaning, everything you need is also available at the house. The two hosts, Nenad and Valentina, are very friendly and helpful and gave us direct tips on the area and the accommodation after the key handover. They were always available to answer any questions. All in all, a top stay with a very good price. We were very happy to have chosen this place. Clear recommendation.

We had a wonderful 9 days with Boban, Vesna and Bonny (sweetest female dog). It met all our requirements and we were on the beach in 5 minutes or in the city in 10 minutes. It is located behind the landlord's house and we had no problem with that. The two landlords were very welcoming and we had great conversations and recommendations. You can always approach the two! The only thing was that sometimes we had to maneuver the car because everyone parks parallel across from each other. But we've had worse

It was just perfect - we had a problem with the car so we had to check in a bit early, wich wasn't a problem at all. The villa is super equipped and specially the garden with pool, table tennis, golf, jacuzzy, outdoor kitchen and an amazing view is so so good - we spent our entire stay outside in the sun :) When we got home, we noticed that we forgot a watch - we got in contact with Sabina, she looked for it and sent it to us immediately. Thank you so much for that :)

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Mario has been incredibly helpful, taking care of even the smallest details. Thank you for having us!

The accomodation was great! The Airbnb is the most equipped Airbnb we've ever been to. So much detail everywhere! Very clean kitchen. Highly respectful landlords living in the back part of the property. Cozy garden with many seatings and a beautiful pool. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
