Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kadumi

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Everything is great, there are no complaints. Friendly hosts, great accommodation :)

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The amenities are in great condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would be happy to come back.

The apartment was even more beautiful than the Airbnb description and photos. We felt at home straightaway, great location and really well fitted out. Loved the sleeping space, bathroom and terrace.

Unfortunately, we had only booked this completely perfect accommodation for 5 days and would have liked to have stayed longer. In this beautiful place you can fall and enjoy life. Sonja is very warm and helps with all concerns in a sympathetic way. We would love to book our next trip right away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

I am very attentive to cleanliness and Ante's apartment was really clean and tidy; it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Ante was available and the stay was great.

Wonderful stay in Piran after a few days in Central Slovenia - apartment was perfect for our group of two couples with room to spare. We especially enjoyed the view from the rooftop. Would certainly recommend. Sweet seaside town.

Jens is a nice fast responding host. The house has been renovated and decorated with a lot of love and care. Delicious base to, among others, Motovun, Oprtalj, and Porec. Fantastic starting point to make beautiful trips with the racing bike with altimeters of your choice. My wife and I really enjoyed it!

A really cozy little cottage with everything you need! The garden is huge (our dogs also loved it) and the seating outside is a dream! From breakfast terrace to lounge furniture to sun lounger and Hollywood swing, everything is included. Especially in such great weather as we had in June, the cottage is an absolute recommendation! The location in Gracisce in the middle of Istria is perfect to discover the peninsula - whether to Pula, Rovinj or to the Vojak, we were everywhere in under 50 minutes.

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

Mirjam’s place above the city is lovely and the view is so calming. Very quiet are and feels like home away from home. Thank you.

We would absolutely recommend a stay in the Birdhouse of Branko! After friendly contact about the ETA, he was waiting for us at the communicated stop. He helped us carry some luggage and walked us to the accommodation. Once arrived there, the home was clean and cozy and the fridge was already filled by him since he would know that the shops were closed once we arrived. The view from the balcony can best be described as perfect. Branko is a really kind host who wanted us to feel home. We can confirm that it felt like home. 😌 Motovun was a bit quiet, but it was fine since we loved the serenity of the birdhouse. We will definitely recommend our friend to consider the Birdhouse when visiting Istria. We would also recommend to book at Miro Tartufi for truffle hunting!

We felt very comfortable in the lovingly decorated and fully equipped, stylish apartment. We especially liked the location in the middle of nature, the singing of many rare birds and the possibility of being able to reach 2 beaches directly from the house through nature, a very natural one on an adventurous but well doable path down the cliffs, another under trees with loungers and restaurant. There is a great hiking trail network that runs through the region, so it is possible to walk to Piran in just under 1.5 hours, much of it along the sea. Brane was very nice and helpful, a small necessary repair was carried out immediately. A very special highlight for nature lovers, which we would like to recommend. Upon arrival, please be sure to follow the description and recommendation from Brane.

Villa Elizabeth was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the lovely garden, the pool, the bikes and scooters. A big 10! We will definitely come back!

We stayed with friends for a week in the fantastic villa, we liked it very much and everything was great 🤩 Patrik and his wife are super nice and always helped us very quickly. There was nothing to complain about at all, we had a particularly great time here. The pool was perfect for the end of September with pool heating and was 29 degrees 😍 otherwise we also very much liked going to the sauna and the hot tub. Everything was super clean and a perfectly equipped kitchen also left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back. Six of us spent 1 week in Kurili. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful and spacious garden by the pool. The outdoor kitchen was in use almost every day. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. Everything was very clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen equipment great - we simply lacked nothing! 🤗

We stayed here with 8 people and it was very lovely! Exactly like the pictures and very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. We had everything we needed :) I’d recommend to own a car though to move around. Overall we were really happy about our stay. Would absolutely recommend

Property overall in very good condition. Ideal for toddlers - as it is fenced. Quiet location. Air conditioning in all rooms - very quiet - therefore also pleasant at night and works very well. Pool sufficiently large and beautiful lounging options. Supermarkets of various kinds within 15 min. by car.

We felt absolutely comfortable in the villa. House, pool, view and surroundings, everything was fantastic. The house is away from the hustle and bustle so you can enjoy peace and relaxation but still reach good restaurants; cafes and great cities quickly by car. Since the previous guests left early, Daniela immediately informed us that the house will be ready for occupancy before 4 pm and so we could check in shortly after 12 pm :-) !!!! We had an unforgettable vacation and would be happy to come back. Thank you Daniela & Korado!

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. The house looked exactly like the photos — clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking, even coffee beans for the built in coffee machine were provided. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The location was also great: a quiet area with the city center just a 15-minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We were able to book the accommodation with Silvana at very short notice and everything went extremely smoothly. The contact on site with Sandro was super friendly and always super fast. We loved the tranquility, the large pool, fenced garden with our dogs. The only downside is the distance (about 20/25 minutes) to the sea. We definitely recommend the place:)
