House vacation rentals in Kadıköy

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο, 12-15 από istiklal. Στο 6ο όροφο με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο. Το συγκρότημα πολύ οργανωμένο με πισίνα , γυμναστήριο και 2 καταστήματα φαγητού και ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος, ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα εκεί και μας βοηθούσε!!

Wir waren mit dem Service im Haus sehr zufrieden. Bis auf die Sauberkeit war alles sonst in Ordnung. Der Balkon war nicht ohne Schlappen nutzbar. Sehr schmutzig leider. Weiße Socken tragen ging in der Wohnung leider nicht. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut. Wir würden es wieder buchen nur mit der Voraussetzung das die Wohnung beim hinsehen vor Ort auch gründlich sauber ist. Vielen Dank.

We had a great night here! Everything was just like the photos. The view was amazing, the area was perfect, and the host was super helpful and hospitable. Would definitely recommend!

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! The apartment was perfect– spacious, clean, and well-located. We were pleasantly surprised by the Rasimpaşa neighborhood. It has a local feel, with tons of good coffee shops, restaurants, and vintage stores. It's a short walk to the ferry, making it easy to explore other parts of Istanbul. It's also near the heart of Moda-Kadıköy which has, without a doubt, the best restaurants in the city. Highly recommend! Hakan was also a great host. We had to alter our reservation last minute and he was really understanding. I'd love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful week in Kadıköy! The apartment could not have had a better location: in the middle of vibrant Kadıköy, five minutes to ferries, metro, sea side promenade, silent Moda.

Lovely house in a great location. Quiet streets, but close to loads of bars and restaurants. House was as described and very clean.

We lived in a beautiful apartment. On arrival we were pleased with the perfect cleanliness. What made it different from other listings we've had experience with in Istanbul: there is EVERYTHING you need for the first time - from tea to fresh fruit and desserts as a compliment. Despite the seemingly walking distance from the Kadıköy İskelesi (the center of social life in the area and its transport hub), it is easily accessible by bus, whose stop is right outside the house. The host was helpful with any question we had. The possibility of self check-in was also pleasing. I would be happy to stay at Banu's more than once.

Esra’s home is beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained. She was always available and incredibly hospitable, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
