Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kaanapali

We loved staying in Rebecca's place. The location was perfect, the condo was clean and we'll cared for. Dena stopped by to help us with the internet and she was very friendly and helpful. Our family of 6 for perfectly. They had chairs and pool noodles for us. We used the cooler and boogie boards(3) every day. We'd stay here again and hope to be back someday.

Gal’s place was wonderful. We enjoyed staying there taking Maui’s beauty and especially kihei’s in and then even extending our stay. We’d always come back and will definitely recommend his place. The place is just as pictured. We were grateful for the beach equipment and also that there was a washing machine and dryer that we could use. He and the staff of the place took really good care of us. Don’t hestitate - it’s really the place to be.

Very spacious apartment on a beautiful and peaceful property with amenities. Walking distance to the beach and short drive to other beaches and surf shops. The unit had everything we needed like a full kitchen and beach towels, as well as the washer and dryer which came in really handy. Yuana was super responsive and accommodated our requests and questions!

Exactly as pictured and described. Perfect location, with short walk to the beach, walking distance from shops and restaurants, and fully stocked. Beach closet had everything we needed and more: beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, pails and shovels for sand castles and even water shoes. Kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, dishes, cups, and lots of plastic containers for food storage. We had a great visit!

Katie is a great host! She was very responsive and the apartment was stocked with all the essentials. Great location! I definitely recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house/location. It had all the space and amenities to make it a comfortable stay for our party of 6. We loved waking up every morning and walking over to Kraken Coffee for a delicious cup of coffee and then later walking over to the food trucks at night for an amazing variety of food for dinner. Probably our absolute favorite thing was how conveniently close Foodland grocery store was. We would love to stay there again in the future! Mahalo!

We had a fabulous time in Maui and coming “home” everyday to Joe & De’s was just like coming home. Grateful for them sharing their little slice of paradise. It was welcoming and comfortable and we will stay again next time we visit the islands. Mahalo!

We’ve been to Maui four times in the past year, and Peter’s place has been by far the best location and value of all our visits. It’s perfectly situated—just 5–15 minutes from what we feel are the best beaches and snorkeling spots on the island. The location easily beats Kaanapali and Napili. The home is well-kept, in a quiet neighborhood just off the main road, so you get peace and privacy without sacrificing convenience. Peter is a kind and respectful host—he gives you your space but is quick to respond if you need anything. I don’t usually leave long reviews, but after staying at so many Airbnbs, I can confidently say: if you’re heading to Maui, this is the place and location you want. 100% satisfied. Thank you, Peter.

We had an amazing trip and coming back everyday to this condo was so relaxing and felt like home. The condo was in an excellent area with everything you need just a short drive away. I would definitely book again!

We were so lucky to book this unit. We spent a week here and could not have been happier. The views are incredible. Turtle and whale sightings every day. And let’s not forget the rainbows and awesome sunsets. Just a short 10 min drive to black rock, Napili bay or Kapalua bay with good snorkeling. Was always so good to come back after a long day to have sundowners on the patio. Good coffee and restaurants close by. Don’t hesitate to book this unit. Thank you Don. Mahalo. We've stayed at several different units at this complex. This was the best. Very clean and well furnished. Great location with very attentive host. Several special touches with everything you need ( even had a well stocked mini fridge)! This unit will be our first choice on future trips

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first trip to Maui! The photos don’t do the unit or grounds justice. The sound of the ocean, tropical plants, gorgeous sunsets and whale watching from the condo/beach area… made it SO hard to leave. Would definitely stay here again!

Mrs. Barbara was very good at giving us her time every time we had a question about something regarding the condominium. The truth is that my family's stay there was very pleasant. Thanks to her being very kind the whole time. This is something very important that I want to mention. I had to return the unit at 11am, but our flight was not until 4:30 and she allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few more hours. I really appreciate this because our luggage was safe the whole time we were gone.

Great place - will stay again. Complex is nice, quiet and very cleaen. BBQs, small pool. Parking is easy. Walk across to beach and sunset :)

We loved staying here. The view and the sunsets were spectacular. We even saw whales from the lanai the first day we were there. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking - we appreciated as we made breakfast every morning. The only slight downside was the bedroom window (which needs to be open for the breeze) is right by the elevator. The complex has quiet hours which were pretty well followed but we were woken up several times over our stay by people talking right outside the bedroom window late at night or early morning (5:30 am or so). But we would definitely stay here again, just be aware if you are a light sleeper.

Manolo is a very helpful and proactive host. He made sure that we were okay and had everything we needed. House is pretty, with a beautiful yard. Manolo has snorkeling equipment, flippers, boogie boards, etc. House is close to the restaurants of Paia Bay (10 min walking), which is great because parking is always a problem in Maui.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very close to all the places we went. The place was comfortable, and we had all we needed. Loved the stocked kitchen and amenities.

We loved the cottage. It was the perfect for our family. It is towards the back of the whole property and right up against the golf course, so it was very private with PHENOMENAL views. My daughter enjoyed walking the property and picking up rogue golf balls. The layout of the bedrooms is a little strange with two stacked right next to each other and one only having shutters to the rest of the space, but it still served us well. We loved that there was a living room that opened into the kitchen and dining room. My in laws loved having their morning coffee on the lanai. The AC worked great, the only downside is that the AC is not vented into the dining area, but not a deal breaker. When we first arrived (earlier than expected), the AC unit display was not working, but the on island property manager was quick to respond and had someone out to fix asap was just a dead battery. Would HIGHLY recommend, and will stay again if we are on the West Coast. Pools were EMACULATE and great to use!

This apartment was very clean, well equipped, with an incredible location. Bobbie was very kind, helpful, and prompt. Would recommend and stay again!
