Special stays with urban allure in a village atmosphere

Hubbel is the name of this double cube house, given by the architectural studio Floris van der Klei who won the Building Holland Award 2010 for the design and execution. And for that reason, it was allowed to stand in Amsterdam's Vondelpark for six months. Now this Hubbel is in our backyard. Now built with a second cube attached. Everything that belongs in a house is present! This cottage ('on' De Wetering) is located in Oude Wetering, a village between Leiden and Amsterdam.

Paradise on the Kaag

Live like a god on the Kaag! Spacious and bright new wooden family vacation home with all the comforts. Around the house is a fenced forest area and grass of about 3,000 m2. Complete privacy. Towards the water is the dike and behind it is our particularly spacious jetty with space for 3 boats. We rent out our house including our 5.7-meter motorboat (April to October, space for 6-8 people) and a sailboat. Swimming is possible in the lakes (swimming ladder on jetty available).

A Surla Houseboat is a sailing summer residence. This Surla is located 30 km from Amsterdam. Our water villas are fully equipped, 100% ecological and self-sufficient. Luxury, comfort and respect for nature come together here. From April/May on the houseboat is docked on open water. This houseboat is built in 2023.
