Woubrugge Logies - Private Chalet in The Green Heart

This cosy, private chalet is perfectly located in The Green Heart of The Netherlands. By car only half an hour or less from Leiden, Amsterdam, Haarlem, The Hague, Delft, Gouda or the beaches. Woubrugge itself is a lovely small town along a characteristic canal that ends up in lake Braassemermeer. Sail, surf, swim, rent a motorboat, explore the beautiful surroundings by biking or hiking or relax in the garden. The chalet is a studio (40m2); comfortable for 2 persons. As the sofa bed can be transformed to a double bed the chalet is also suitable for young families or a group of friends. The chalet has one room (studio: 40m2) with a private bathroom. There is a double bed (size 210 x 160 cm) and a sofabed (size 200 x 140 cm). In the studio you will find a tv, a table with 4 chairs and a completely equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, toaster and a coffee-machine (coffee, tea and Dutch cookies (stroopwafels) are included in the price). A microwave for the guests is in the barn, next to the chalet. In this barn guests may park also their (rental) bikes or a pram. There is enough space for 4 persons, but do realize that you share the same room. The chalet is facing South, so you can enjoy the sun all day. And if you prefer to sit in the shade, you can sit under the large parasol. You will also find a cosy veranda to relax on and a lawn with fruit trees. Guests may use the chairs in front of the house on the riverside quay where you can sit, relax, have a drink and enjoy the spectacle of boats passing by. The chalet offers complete privacy. However, if you have any question or special wishes, we are most of the time in the neighbourhood or we can be reached by telephone. We love to help our guests and have a chat with them, if they like. Woubrugge is a small town half an hour or less from Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, and beaches. Follow the canal to The Braassemermeer, a lake which offers sailing, canoeing, and swimming. Bike, hike, and rent a motorboat to explore further afield. If you come by car: there are enough public parkingplaces near to the chalet. (for free). Public transport: Woubrugge can easily be reached by bus from Leiden Central Station. But also from Amsterdam / Schiphol Airport there is a good connection by train/speedbus. Woubrugge is part of several beautiful hiking and biking routes, so for hikers and bikers Woubrugge is a perfect place for a stay over night or for a longer period. - Smoking is not allowed in the chalet! There are games and on request we can prepare boxes with various toys for children aged 2-12. On the riverside quay you find a fine bakery. Apart from buying fresh bread and rolls there, you can have a coffee and pastries on the terrace overlooking the canal. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you can have a delicious lunch or dinner at restaurant Disgenoten. Also this restaurant has a beautiful terrace on the waterside.

Polder view near Leiden

Our farm is beautifully situated on the waterfront near the Kagerplassen, on the edge of the Groene Hart. The former stables have been converted into comfortable, modern apartments with panoramic views over the Boterhuispolder. Step right into nature for a beautiful walk or bike ride (bike rental available), or hit the water with a paddleboard. Popular destinations such as Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Leiden, Rotterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht are within easy reach. Public transportation is within walking distance.

Private Cosy house, along the water with canoes!

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

The beach of Noordwijk is 30 minutes away by bike, and the accommodation is in the middle of the bulb region and only 15 minutes away by bike from the Keukenhof. Relax with the whole family at this cozy accommodation in a rural place by the water. Everything is available in this cozy chalet with four bedrooms to stay comfortably or enjoy a weekend away or a vacation with family or friends. Extremely child-friendly with lots of toys, large trampoline outside, scooters, bicycles and a go-kart. Very complete kitchen to prepare cozy dinners and eat together. Two bathrooms with downstairs also a sauna.

Just get away from it all in this soothing, centrally located accommodation overlooking the Braassemermeer. Half an hour away from Amsterdam, Keukenhof, Haarlem, The Hague, Rotterdam and the beach. In short, a central place with lots of access roads. You can also rent a sloop from us at the accommodation, or if you come by boat yourself, you can put it in a berth (private property next to the accommodation).

Beautiful new apartment located in the Haarlemmermeer on the Ringvaart. The spacious and luxurious apartment has a beautiful view over the polder and is also equipped with all the comforts. The location near the Keukenhof (15 min), Leiden (20 min), Schiphol (15 min) and the beach Noordwijk aan Zee (25 min) is ideal. There is also the possibility to use the jetty.
