Our cozy guesthouse with sauna is located on an island on the Leidsche Vaart near the Braassemermeer. You will find us between Amsterdam (approx. 30 minutes, car), Schiphol (approx. 20 minutes, car and 30 minutes, bus) and The Hague (approx. 35 minutes, car) in the Groene Hart. Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), varen, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. Private bathroom with sauna (10,-), coffee/ tea and possibility of cooking, private terrace with barbecue.

Downstairs are 4 spaces; a cozy sitting area, cozy dining room with wood stove, books/games room and large kitchen with second dining area. Separate toilet in the hallway. Upstairs a spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower and 4 bedrooms with beds for 5 adults, a toddler bed and crib. Spacious front garden on the water & bike path. 3 side potholes that eat out of hand and provide daily fresh eggs!

Paradise on the Kaag

Live like a god on the Kaag! Spacious and bright new wooden family vacation home with all the comforts. Around the house is a fenced forest area and grass of about 3,000 m2. Complete privacy. Towards the water is the dike and behind it is our particularly spacious jetty with space for 3 boats. We rent out our house including our 5.7-meter motorboat (April to October, space for 6-8 people) and a sailboat. Swimming is possible in the lakes (swimming ladder on jetty available).

Relax with the whole family at this cozy accommodation in a rural place by the water. Everything is available in this cozy chalet with four bedrooms to stay comfortably or enjoy a weekend away or a vacation with family or friends. Extremely child-friendly with lots of toys, large trampoline outside, scooters, bicycles and a go-kart. Very complete kitchen to prepare cozy dinners and eat together. Two bathrooms with downstairs also a sauna.

Close to the Keukenhof (20 min), the coast and the beaches (20 min) Amsterdam with its canals(30min), Rotterdam with iys modern art (30 min), The Haegh, residence city of Nl. So much nice things to do here. You have your own garden shed, a lovely coasy cabin with a nice bed, a modern walk in shower and a fully aquiped kitchen. Hut-Spot is a wonderfull spot♡

Cozy houseboat with garden on the Kaag

A beautiful houseboat, on the Koppoel, with direct access to the Kaag. In the morning sun, you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a view of the Koppoel. From noon, the sun comes into the garden where you have plenty of space and several places in the shade. This is truly a unique place on the water! Unfortunately, not suitable for children without a swimming certificate. No smoking inside, no parties and no pets.

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space. Rijnsaterwoude is an excellent location for water sports, cycling, walking and relaxing (wellness). In the evening between 20:00 and 24:00 you can use the following facilities: 1. Jacuzzi €30 per 2 hours. 2. Sauna €30 per 2 hours. 3. Sauna + Jacuzzi €50.
