Marcus and his wife have a beautiful place. It’s extremely peaceful and has all you need for a enjoyable time. The house is isolated on a private part, which gives you the changes to explore nature and look at the stars at night. All the facilities work and are very nice maintained. Overall this is a great recommendation for everyone that enjoys nature, walking and doesn’t mind driving/biking a little while to the local supermarket/restaurant

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was well-maintained and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was kind and accommodating, always ready to answer questions and provide assistance when needed. Host's commitment to ensure a positive guest experience really stood out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

stayed two weeks with a friend and his family. there were a total of 8 of us. plenty of room, especially the back yard and the lake. it was nice and quiet, yet a close 10min drive will get us to a super market, 20 minutes drive will get us to Jyvaskyla down town.

A lovely house a very convenient distance away from the ski resort. The house fit a family of four very well, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sari was a helpful and communicative host. I can warmly recommend this location.

Wir genossen die Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus an direkter Lage zum See. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und Suvi-Tuuli als Gastgeberin war äußerst zuvorkommend. Dieses Haus kann ich gerne weiter empfehlen, wer die ruhe geniessen wil und sich in der Natur erholen möchte😊

Huoneisto oli todella siisti ja viihtyisä. Sauna oli hyvä ja jalotuli loi terassille tunnelmaa. Rannalle käveli parissa minuutissa ja keskustaan sähkölaudalla n.8 minuuttia. Majoittaja antoi hyvät ja selkeät ohjeet kaikesta 5/5👍

Siisti kohde,oli kätevää käydä Himoksella laskeen! Kaikki meni niinku pitikin vuokrauksen suhteen! Suosittelen!

Rauhallinen ja viihtyisä majoitus. Hyvä sijainti rallituristille. Kaikki sujui mainiosti alusta loppuun.

Vietimme mukavat kaksi päivää kohteessa, sopii erittäin hyvin luonto liikkujalle. Majapaikka oli siisti ja hyvin rauhallinen. Palvelut lyhyen ajomatkan päässä.

Tosi hyvä kokonaisuus. Kuvailut pitivät täysin paikkaansa. Sai kävellä helposti suoraa laskettelurinteeseen. Rauhallinen ympäristö ja kohteesta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen.

Hyvä yhteydenpito. Asunnossa kaikki tarpeellinen. Helppo sisäänkirjautuminen.

Siisti asunto hyvällä sijainnilla. Autokatos ja ilmaista parkkitilaa aivan vieressä. Mukava majoittaja, vuokraus onnistui helposti lyhyellä varoitusajalla.

If you are looking for a quiet place, I would highly recommend Eija's place! Eija is super nice and always responded to my requests and curiosity. The house has a big yard and closes to a lake where you can go cross-country skiing in winter. The room is cozy and includes own kitchen and bathroom. Several big supermarkets and a secondhand store are within walkable distance. A trip to Jyväskylä city centre is also not difficult by bus, it takes around 45 minutes with beautiful scenery on the way.

The cabin was amazing, in a very secluded lake front area in the forest whilst still close by to Joutsa and the main road so it is still well connected. There were plenty of amenities including a firepit, bbq, wood fired sauna and even a rowboat to go out on the lake. The cabin itself was very nice inside and the kitchen was well equipped! Despite WiFi not being available at the cabin the mobile data coverage in the area is very good. Just to note bedlinen isn't included, although the host, Pasi, can provide this for a small additional fee on request. Pasi was very friendly, accommodating and helpful, and actually met us at the cabin to check in which was nice! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely quiet getaway in central Finland!

Ihana ja rauhallinen ympäristö. Mökki kodikas ja koko perhe viihtyi hyvin! Tynnyrisaunasta mukava pulahtaa järveen. Ulkoporeallas iso plussa ja varsinkin lapset viihtyivät siellä. Sijainti on sopivan kaukana kaupoista ja retkeilypaikkoja löytyi hyvin lähialueelta.

Ihana kohde ison porukan kanssa, lapsia sai jaettua omiin huoneisiin, varustelut olivat todella hyvät ja koirakin sai nauttia irtiolosta luonnon rauhassa.

Viihdyimme hyvin pääsiäisen vietossa perheen kanssa. Pihalla oli mukavasti tilaa lasten leikeille. Mökissä oli hyvät varustelut, lisäpisteitä liikuntavälineistä ja eri lautapeleistä. Mökistä pidetään selvästi hyvää huolta :)

Kohde oli täydellinen kahden hengen irtiottoon arjesta upean luonnon keskellä. Kaikki etukäteisinfo ja esittelykuvat antoivat hyvin käsityksen siitä, mitä oli odotettavissa. Perille päästyämme ensikokemus ylitti kaikki ennakkomielikuvamme positiivisesti. Maisema kokoseinän kokoisista ikkunoista on kuin vaihtuva maalaus. Laajoilla patioilla on mukava istuskella ja kesäisimmillä keleillä sitten viettää aikaa enemmänkin, vaikka grillaten. Tämän paikan erityinen luksus on vertaansa vaille oleva sauna. Sen pehmeissä löylyissä vierähtää helposti pidempikin aika. Kohteen rakennukset (mökki, sauna, laavu) on kivasti asetettu jokainen vähän erilleen toisistaan ja näin niissä on kaikissa oma tunnelmansa ja näkymänsä. Kerrassaan hieno paikka!

Wonderful experience provided by great view and cozy atmosphere. The cottage was more than great and had all the needed equipment to spend our weekend. Highly recommend for those seeking to escape the loud city and get in touch with their inner forest goblin
