All the indoor details have been cared for and a rarely stylish and atmospheric interior design has been carried out in the small simple house from 1978. It pours in with sun from the large green garden with both south- and west-facing terraces and there is only 100 meters walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the woods on the edge of the slope to the sea.

In Skyum Østerstrand, this summerhouse is exceptional. The house from 2011 is two houses connected by a covered hallway with hardwood floors. The house is suitable for year-round use and has a low energy consumption through solar cells and good insulation. Heating is done with a heat pump, which also acts as air conditioning. The house is suitable for a long holiday where you have the opportunity to be mindful of about relaxation or work. The house has three rooms with double beds and wardrobes.

You can sleep next to your electrical car and get it charged with 22 kw. You charge with the Monta APP. The cottage is VERY small only 5 square meters. It has got WIFI, power, heat, 2 beds, light - NO TOILET or NO SHOWER but fresh water 10 meters from the cottage. You have to bring your own bedding sheets (Bed linned or sleeping bags) there are pillows and duvets. The area is very quiet and fantastic 10 minutes from the beach. Relax with friends in these 2 unique and quiet, separate cottages overlooking the heath and forest where the Scottish Highland cattle live. Wake up to some magical mornings with the light fog in the heather and enjoy the silence. The cottages are connected to our small country house just on the coast to the coastal path, there are plenty of beautiful walks in the big plantations. If you're lucky, you might see one of the wolves. Billund is right nearby with Legoland, wowpark etc.
