The apartment is located in a new construction field in Blåbæråsen approx. 3 km from Lillesand center. Come to a set table, here you will find everything you need. Bed sets and towels can be rented reasonably upon request. Just outside the apartment is a cozy little wooded area, nice playgrounds, football field and hiking trails. New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Cabin with annex is unashamedly located at the end of dead end road, west facing and sunny on a plateau with a great view. Private bathing area and swimming with good fishing opportunities only 50 meters below the cabin. Great hiking opportunities in the area. If you are going on a visit to Sørland or in the Zoo, this is a great option.

Beautiful inviting place. Per Kristian & Christine we’re very hospitable. My kids loved the wide open space, playing with their kittens, puppy, chickens and even made friends with their son. The view of the river and the green surroundings were very peaceful. Christine also brought us around her garden to share her plants and house history with us. Amazing time!

Super cute little house with short distance to Lillesand and the Zoo. The host responded quickly and kindly, and was helpful when we needed anything. Recommended!

An amazing place that deserves top score. Very well cared for and inviting.. Lovely outdoor areas where a fantastic sea view and several warm outdoor spaces have been put to the focus. The cabin has panoramic windows throughout the front, here a never tired of the view. The cabin contained everything we needed of modern equipment, also fishing rods, kayak and things for play and fun outdoors. Great and easy access down to the pier and swimming area as well as access to a boat is of course a big plus. Here you can fish from the jetty if you want. I really recommend this place. Here you have a great place, also in the early summer and fall . Host Andreas is genuinely committed to ensuring guests have the best possible stay. Happy summer, this was good and 5 stars from us. We would gladly came back here!

lovely little cottage in one of my favourite places in Norway. We loved sitting on the dock with the fire watching the kids fish in the evening. Highly recommend!

Cozy southern house w/boat, kayaks and sup board

The house and surroundings are just perfect. The house has plenty of space and all necessary amenities for a good and quiet holiday in Southern Norway for all men. We were 4 adults and 4 small children and we could comfortably accommodate 2 more people. The provided kayaks, sup-board, and small motor boat make time in the house fly. There are life jackets for all men, and when we were missing a small life jacket, the host Øyvind had provided an extra for us. The garden is well shielded from the nearby road, so even small children can play in the garden without worry. The beautiful natural harbor near the house where the boat is located is very child-friendly, and there is quick access to the rest of the archipelago. We'd love to come again
