The Officer's House

The 75 m2 duplex apartment, on the top two floors with a magnificent view of the whole city and the mountain of Vodno, fully refurbished in the '20 style maintaining it's original and historic appearance with focus on details and yet offering latest technology, home cinema and high-end sound system. Officer's House is one of the oldest buildings in Skopje. Built 1929, used as an officer's house after Second WW. Today this historical building is proclaimed as a protected monument of the city.

Daire; konaklama ihtiyacının ötesinde yaşam alanı sunmakta. Alex çok iyi biri, karşılaması ve evdeki detayları anlatması çok inceydi. Konumu merkeze 2 km kadar mesafede. İsterseniz yürüyerek 15 20 dakikaya, isterseniz evin önünden sıkça geçen otobüslerle şehir merkezine ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. benim için ufak bir sorun dairenin detaylı temizliğinin yapılmamış olmasıydı. bu konuda gönül rahatlığıyla evde dolanamadım, terlik de yoktu. Bu konu dışında ev genel olarak temiz görünüyor ve bakımlıydı. her şey için teşekkürler Alex 🙋🏼‍♀️🌺

Ich habe mein Aufenthalt um eine weitere Woche verlängert, weil ich es hier sehr gut fand und mich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt habe. Außerdem konnte ich Remote vom Laptop aus gut arbeiten mit einer stabilen Internetverbindung. Zudem war Gjorgi jederzeit erreichbar und kam proaktiv so wie zum Beispiel dass er gefragt hat ob ich noch Badetücher brauche hat er mir ganz gute Tipps gegeben, was ich hier in der Stadt machen kann und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Julija verbracht! Das Apartment liegt super zentral, zu Fuß haben wir ca. 10 Minuten zum Square gebraucht. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig und wir haben es genossen, abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Julija war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat es uns ermöglicht, früher einzuchecken. Allgemein verlief die Kommunikation schnell und Julija war super hilfsbereit. Sollten wir wieder nach Skopje kommen, würden wir uns freuen, erneut ihre Gäste zu sein.

As the name says this is definitely a super cute little studio, the cutest accommodation I have ever stayed. Located in a calm and safe area, easy to go walk and also to park the car. Plenty of good coffees and restaurants around. Supermarkets near. The host is super kind and friendly. Gave all the details for the check in so clearly. I stayed one month but I could easily stay there a whole year. Totally worth the price. Once again congrats for such a nice apartment and thank for letting me had a great time there.

The view from the apt on the 24th floor is incredible. Big apt w/large bathroom. Walkable to parks, grocery, churches, restaurants and city center 40min. Host was accommodating & responsive if any issue arose.
