Spacious house with all amenities a short walk to the sea. Great for medium to large families. Huge yard with playground and plenty of room to run around. Beautiful fixtures and furniture. Great value.

This property served our family fantastically especially during the summer months, we had our own private swimming pool and sauna, a barbecue area to make shashlik. The air-conditioning in the bottom floor helped a lot as it was over 30°, A pool table on the top floor with three beds, fully recommended, Thank you Igor for your hospitality

We stayed in this house for three days with a group of friends and were absolutely delighted! The house is bright, clean, very cozy and tastefully equipped. The location is great: close to the airport and the center of Jurmala, while quiet and peaceful. The area is well-maintained, with a beautiful garden, a grill and a summer kitchen — an ideal place to relax in the fresh air. Inside there is everything you need: dishes, towels, toilet and kitchen utensils, even small things like cotton pads and dishwasher tablets — everything is provided to the smallest detail. The pool is warm (24–25 degrees), the sauna is large, well-maintained. We used it twice a day, and the water and electricity bill was pleasantly surprising — it turned out to be very small. The house has beautiful noise insulation — even loud music does not interfere with those who relax in another room. The layout is very convenient, no one disturbed anyone, even when there were guests. Special thanks to the hostess of the house — Iveta. Great home with an amazing host

The place was amazing for a large group! It has a beautiful front yard and a large dining room/living room area inside. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Absolutely peaceful sorrounding area - quiet place with lake view from apartment. Apartment was perfect clean and host was very nice and responsive.

It was a great place for a larger group. good facilities and plenty of sleeping places. Only the lack of a dining table was a small minus. Breakfast served well at the bar counter and disco on the tables in the space.

I recommend! It’s very nice and cosy and clean! We decided to book in the evening, but still were able to take the hot tub. Would definitely come again!

Well, no words to describe this property. I was here for work and pleasure. Very modern and beautiful property with great amenities. Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi and gardens were out of this world. Interior design is very artistic and picturesque. The cigar lounge is another little place to escape to and has an incredible vibe. bed was very big and comfortable, host was extremely kind and accommodating. If I had any questions example - location of things, messages are responded to very quickly. I will definitely be returning and cannot wait to do so! Thank you very much for a great stay in your incredible property!

Our stay at Laine’s was extraordinarily enjoyable. The cabin is cozy and well-equipped. Morning view from the bed was definitely worth the trip. We enjoyed the hot-tub in the snow experience a lot.

An amazing place with a peaceful atmosphere. With only two guest houses on the property, it feels very private. The natural surroundings are beautiful, and we especially loved the sauna house! It was truly unique and spacious, with plenty of room to relax, enjoy tea, and even lie down.
