New. Three isolated bedroom luxury apartment, recently built, prestigious club type house. The apartment is located in the center of Jurmala tourism on the Jomas Street promenade. Restaurants, small shops, Dzintari Concert Hall, Children's Park, 3 minutes walk from the beach with white sand, 30 minutes from Riga center. Guests have access to the entire apartment, which is located in a closed building with an access code to the courtyard. Parking is available in the closed area of the building or in the public free parking lot.

Double sofa bed, bedding and sheets, towels, wood furniture, mosquito nets on windows, GROHE and Gustavsberg plumbing fixtures in the bathroom(heated floor), black angled kitchen range hood, induction cooking top, washing machine, built- in wardrobe, water heating pot, plates and utensils, central heating, electric key , consumption meters.
