Holiday Home Elegant with heated pool

Luxuriously furnished holiday home with heated pool for 6 people. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 en suite bathrooms and a toilet, a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a recreation room with PS4, darts and table football in the basement. Fully equipped, air conditioned, ideal for families or groups of friends. Outside there is a wood-burning grill. Villa is located on a private estate, in a private neighborhood surrounded by a green fence, in a quiet area near olive groves.

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.

The Apartment consists of kitchen, dining, living room (with the possibility of extra sofa bed for 2 guests), 2 bedrooms (double bed), bathroom, 2 toilets and covered terrace. Our apartment come equipped with free WiFi, satellite TV, air-conditioning and washing-machine. The price includes use of bed-linen, towels and all cookware. Barbecue facilities is available.
