Our stay was too short to fully enjoy this wonderful place. The accommodation is refined, tastefully decorated and very clean. The environment is quiet and green. A haven of peace and quiet for a moment of complete disconnection. Great place for kids with all the necessities to be fully occupied. We would highly recommend it. The house is breathtakingly beautiful. We really enjoyed the time here. Whether it is the kitchen or the room, it is amazing. Spectacular outside view is impressive. Aurelia is very nice and respones the messages quickly. We really enjoyed the time here. Highly recommend !

The villa was absolutely beautiful. My group had a wonderful time. We enjoyed relaxing on the multiple patio decks and the beautiful views of the lake. The hosts were very kind and easy to reach. They answered all of our questions almost immediately. I would absolutely book this villa again!

A great stay in a beautiful region, beautiful views of both the massif des Bauges and the massif de la Lauzière. It is a very nice house and everything you need is also present. In the photos, it looked like you would have a lot of privacy from passers-by, but that is certainly not the case! We also got good tips for hiking, and Laurent's cafe is also very nice to take a break while cycling or hiking. We will be happy to come back again!

The host Céline is very pleasant and responsive by message, we did a self check-in and everything was very clear. The place is incredibly quiet, not overlooked, everything in the house matches the description. It has a shopping area 7 minutes' drive away. I would come back without hesitation!

This has been a much loved family home and there are many homely personal touches throughout. The location is very good and Saint Jorioz is a lovely town with great facilities.

We stayed at Patrice's house for an extended weekend (6 adults with 4 children). We all had enough space for retreat and great, large common areas. The generosity of Patrice and his family overwhelmed us very much. So many toys were allowed to be used. For our children it was absolute paradise! The amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and garden were also absolutely fantastic. The pool and garden were a dream. We were able to relax very well and enjoyed the time with Patrice very much. We'd love to come back another time.

This home was perfect for a large family to stay and relax after a hectic (but fun) 5 days in Paris. I didn’t think it was possible for the home to match or exceed the beautiful photos posted on the site, but it sure did! The home was spotless, spacious and had a beautiful setting. We enjoyed all the amenities, except the pool, because the weather was a little too cool for us. 😊 Check in and out was straightforward and we felt safe, secure and very private. The boulangier at the end of the road was delicious and we tried just about everything over the course of our stay! The lake was beautiful and my wife and I really enjoyed the main bedroom’s bathtub each evening after a long day of walking and sightseeing. If you are looking for a beautiful home for your family or group to spread out in, then this is the place for you! I promise, you won’t regret it!
