Vacation rentals with lake access in Jura Mountains

We had a great holiday in Sandrine's house. The house is a stone's throw from the lake, right in front of two restaurants, and has a large walled garden, perfect for children and dogs. Sandrine and Julien were very responsive and welcoming. We'll be happy to go back!

This house on the lake is an outstanding option for anyone wanting direct, private access to the lake. Huge private grounds and garden, quiet and beautiful. An absolute gem of a property.

We read the previous reviews, saw the photos and chose Stephen’s house. Firstly the accommodation is a really good size. We had 4 adults using 3 b/rooms and there was plenty of space. It was really clean, tidy and we felt really at home. There was everything we needed, plus a supermarket round the corner and bar /restaurant were walking distance. 10/10👍The photos however don’t do justice to the wonderful views! Loved just looking over the lake to the snow capped mountains. Sitting outside was so tranquil. 10/10 because I can’t give 11/10 😁Excellent location for Rigi, Vitznau, Lucerne, Weggis, Stoos, Pilatus, Zug, all worth seeing. Rigi railway / Pilatus cable cars to the summit were our fave’s 10/10 🚠 We’d have stayed longer!🙁Stephen our host was great too. Excellent helpful information sent to us on arrival day. Were lucky enough to see him and got really helpful sightseeing advice. Communications were timely and helpful throughout our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Cute little apartment right on the water. A road separates the house from the lake but is not very busy. It's a great place to relax. Wendy was very helpful and directly brought an alternative hot plate and private pots when the stove didn't work properly. Highly recommended for water-loving vacationers and dog owners. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful view, modern and very clean home. We were hosted very well and guided on places and activities around the lake. we'll be back with pleasure!

Very nice place. The house is right off the main road and therefore not particularly quiet. However, this is absolutely compensated by the view of the lake. The kitchen offers everything necessary and works without problems. The price would be great with a full house and still very fair in smaller groups. The driveway is a bit difficult to catch (very wide cars could have problems) and due to the location in nature, insects can also be found in the house. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Overall, the advantages outweigh the good, we would love to come back :)

Louise’s flat is a real gem, from the location to the characterful building all the way to the interior design it’s an amazing place. Overlooking the lake of Lugano - as in 1m away from the lake - in the old fisher men’s village of Gandria with a bunch of cool restaurants within 100m, the flat has a unique vibe and provides all you need for a wonderful vacation, Louise is a fantastic host and super responsive. 5 stars without any doubt.

At the foot of the water as advertised. Very quiet and very clean. Delighted to stay! We'll be there again.

We had a pleasant time in the quiet and warmth of this private accommodation. Its description matches reality. Other highlights were the proximity to the store and free parking at the foot of the accommodation!

We had a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic - easy to find and access from the main road, but only a very short walk into the village. The parking was easy. The apartment was lovely and modern, with a spacious balcony with fantastic views.

We spent two beautiful days, charming and cared for in every detail, spacious and in a really quiet area and close to many routes. Really super friendly host and always available for any questions! Highly recommended!

The place is very, very beautiful, and the dealing and communication with her was very nice and kind, and she answered quickly when I asked questions. She also helped me with the best tourist and beautiful places in the areas close to the residence. nice little accommodation, very well arranged. Towels were available. Everything was very clean. With 5 adults, the only small downside was that there was only one toilet in the bathroom.

A nice little house directly on the lake. Pure relaxation with sauna and enough space for four to sit on the sofa. You are quickly in the city or in the mountains and various shopping facilities are available nearby. Lovingly decorated and cozy. Very nice contact and impeccable communication.

This is a sweet cottage on a large lot with private access to the lake. It has kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and bikes. It was great to sit on the lake’s edge and just chill. Small but functional kitchen and great coffee! There is a pellet fireplace that we used one cool evening which is very nice. Bruno and Fabiola couldn’t be nicer. Bruno met us on arrival, introduced us to the place, and was always available for questions. Lago Orta is a beautiful lake and a great location that is off the usual tourist circuit. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Jean's little house is really fantastic! Not only the location, but also the presentation, decoration and the fireplace as a highlight. It looks worse in the pictures than it does in reality! That's why I understand why it's booked months in advance! If you get the chance, be sure to come here.
