Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

Recommend for a large group. It’s really worth the price and in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking space. The Jacuzzi was a nice touch. Would visit again for sure

Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

I will definitely come back to this house. We came as a group of 13ppl, we all enjoyed and had enough space. We stayed 5 nights, the cleaners came 2 day out of the 5 which we felt was just enough. Riz was available to assist with our Request and queries. i asked for a BBQ the next morning it was all set up ready to go. Safe neighbourhood. Just Amazing. Everyone in the Group were happy. The villa is located at a high end residential area with very friendly and kind neighbors. The roads in jumeirah park feel like a luxury car exhibition. The villa was clean, comfortable and equiped with all necessary amenities. My 12 friends and I stayed for 3 nights total- there were enough beds for everyone. The host was responsive and helpful. We did not meet any problems at communications. Overall I'd say a value for money place for big groups. Having a car is recommended since walking distances are long. easy 5/5 for everything

Great place to spend a nice vacation with the whole family. Very private, with an amazing pool and easy access to the beach. Spacious room, clean, fully equipped, which made us feel like home. Eisa was very responsive and supportive of our requests. Thank you, would definitely recommend it, and be sure to come back again.

I had a lovely stay in a private room at this charming villa in Umm Suqeim. The location was peaceful, safe, and conveniently close to the beach and key spots around Dubai. Wafa was incredibly kind and flexible with both check-in and check-out times, which made my trip so much smoother. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, and the shared spaces were well-maintained and comfortable. It felt more like a home than just accommodation. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

5 Stars - Absolutely Fantastic Stay! We had an incredible 6 week stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa in Emaar South. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with all the amenities we could have possibly needed. The large garden and the big pool were a highlight—both ourselves and our two children absolutely loved spending time outdoors and swimming every day. The garden really is breathtaking, I looked at many villas, this was by far the best option. The host was exceptional—extremely attentive, thoughtful, and responsive. You can tell there’s a real attention to detail in how everything is set up and maintained. Nothing was too much trouble and that we truly appreciated. Wesam had purchased some food shopping ready for our arrival, a very kind gesture appreciated by a mother of two exhausted children. It really felt like a home away from home.
