Vacation rentals with a home theater in Jumeirah Village Circle

We had a short stay but enjoyed every minute of it because of how well maintained the place was. Check in was super easy. Surya was very helpful with keyless access to the apartment. All the amenities were just right for a typical guest stay and on top of that the views were spectacular. It was truly enjoyable with access to the mall and restaurants yet very quite although you are in the heart of attraction. Service was excellent. We accidentally left something behind and the staff was quick in reaching out to notify us. Will be more than happy to stay here for my future trips. Vansh, thank you very much for making this a memorable stay. For those reasons I give a 5/5 and highly recommend others.

The host is very receptive to your needs, hit water and everything you need is available, just if you travel with a dog you may find an arrogant person at the front desk that will give you a hard time sometimes. For example I have a small 3 kg dog and he told me to use the service elevator with the construction crew use(and it’s horrible) and also to take your dog in the lobby in your hands🤦 but the others are very friendly and had no problem with them. Otherwise as I said the host is super nice and everything was perfect for our 2 weeks stay. I totally recommend this apartment.

Had the most wonderful experience regarding the stay. The hosts Duhome and adam were very responsive and went out of their way to help us. We asked for early check in and thanks to the hosts we were provided with it. I would 10/10 recommend to book this place for anyone who is interested in staying very close to downtown dubai / business bay areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiant for our work trip, and it met all our expectations. First and foremost, it was exceptionally clean, which I believe is the most important factor for feeling comfortable. The apartment had a lovely balcony and received plenty of sunshine, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, there was no noise or disturbances from the building, which made for a peaceful stay. During our time there, we did experience some WiFi issues on the first night, but our host was quick to address and resolve the problem in a friendly and efficient manner. There were two minor things missing that would have made the stay even better. First, wine glasses or cups—there were only regular glasses available. Second, a soap holder or a washing liquid dispenser would have been helpful, as we had to place the soap directly on the sink. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

Michael's place is located in a great location with a spectacular view of the Eye at night. the balcony was perfect. Great walking location. There is a Nespresso machine but no bodum or drip coffee maker. Bed and sofa are comfy. The shower flow is underwhelming and it is awkward to fill the tub. Great building amenities.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this studio apartment in Dubai! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Kensho Stay, the host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I had all the information I needed for a smooth visit. The apartment looks like shown on the pictures. The arrival went smoothly, but upon arrival the water, internet and air conditioning did not work. That same evening, a Cosmica employee came and resolved everything. Overall, communication was outstanding and perfect. After a very short time, messages were answered at any time of day. I got a great recommendation for a helicopter flight that was even booked and paid for in advance. We felt very well looked after. The location of the apartment is very central and both the marina, as well as the beach and Ferris wheel were within walking distance. The only drawback is that despite the height it was very noisy due to the traffic. In the afternoon it took a very long time to reach the apartment by taxi / Uber, as the streets are overcrowded. All in all, however, everything worked out and Cosmica looked after us very well.

Leo was an amazing host. Very responsive. Quickly answered all questions. Provided the address and sent the exact location with instructions on how to get inside. Flexible check in and check out.
