Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Jumeirah

Accomodation corresponded to our expectations from the photos and the description. Even though we arrived late at night (2 a.m.) and had troubles finding the building in the handful of skyscrapers in Dubai, the communication with the owner and his assistant was prompt and helpful. The biggest advantages were very comfortable beds and the possibility to relax in the jacuzzi after a tiring day. We also loved the access in the apartment straight from the parking lot by private lift. It made life so much easier. Not to forget the perfect cleanness of the apartment. Our family had a great time and would love to come back in the future.

The moment we arrived, everything was smooth, well-organized, and exactly as described. The apartment was beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was close to major attractions, yet private. What really stood out was the warm hospitality and quick communication. Zay Staycae team was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. Best Airbnb option in dubai. Centrally located with connection to dubai mall (also walkable if you prefer to get some fresh air) also connected to a new cafeteria/food court and movie theater with amazing items. It just opened 1 month ago. Will 100% stay here again when I come back to dubai. Phenomenal property and building and Mesut is super responsive and helpful. Even helped with my luggage which is the first I’ve experienced in Airbnb. Perhaps I should buy a property in this building… too good!!!

Clean and tidy place.

Truly remarkable stay in the heart of downtown Dubai right next to the Burj Khalifa with a great skyline view of surrounding buildings. I look forward to staying here again. All this while being a great deal. Hard to beat this BnB!

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

Very good person and place

Gil has a fantastic unit and was very helpful/responsive with my needs. I have stayed in many places in Dubai. I always have be up staying at MarquiseTower. Groceries are nearby, restaurants are nearby, parking is very easy, and access to the major roads to get around. Dubai’s major attractions are very accessible with no traffic. .

Loved everything about it! Prime location, the best people I could have asked for, good coworking, nice community area, intense FIFA matches on the PS5, nice beds. Will come back and can 100% recommend!

Great place to stay, very well presented and comfortable. Shebab was always on hand to offer assistance if i needed it which was great. The location is good as its 20 mins from most landmarks, however the surrounding areas are still developing so maybe some drilling.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Zilola’s place is excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, which made cooking convenient during our stay. Zilola is a very responsive host and was always quick to assist us when needed. She also kindly helped us supplement some necessary kitchenware and other essentials. Highly recommended.

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. We would definitely go back Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home 😊
