we had a pleasant stay at Marc's we enjoyed the hike to the point of the groin with a break at the sea port as well as the tasting of cancalaise oysters regarding the listing we slept very well the apartment was quiet, comfortable and close to everything we enjoyed the availability of coffee pods when we arrived on a holiday while the shops were closed thank you very much

Perfect for a stay in Cancale, the apartment is spacious, well-equipped, located in a very quiet alley. Everything is easily reachable by foot, I recommend it!

Manu is a particularly welcoming host, very available to do a service ( he drove us to the parking lot of the port on the evening of our arrival). The accommodation was impeccable , modern, bright, large, perfect bedding, very beautiful bathroom ..And what about the breathtaking views of the sea and the small boats ... accessible as soon as you cross the street .. Recommended without hesitation and we will happily return there..

Excellent stay at the Outemer apartment. Pleasant as a couple or for 4 people. The accommodation is well decorated, it has quality appliances and utensils, an open and very functional kitchen for convivial moments, all with sea views. The location is really great for a stay in Cancale.

Pleasant stay in Cancale. The accommodation is very well located, two from the waterfront, shops and restaurants. Access to the home with a lockbox is easy by following Karen's detailed instructions. We recommend it.

great place to stay if you are visiting Mont Saint Michel, cosy and quiet. The house is clean, and easy to access.

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

Stay of 6 adults for 3 days, then 2 adults for 3 days. Very comfortable house, ideally located 2 steps from the shore, shops and village center, Mt St Michel, Cancale, Mt Dol, St Malo... great! Easy dog walking and endless space. Geneviève welcomed us with enthusiasm and great kindness, attentive to any questions, and a source of local and regional discoveries. The insert is so nice this season, a wood reserve adapted without problem to our stay and the season. Perfect !

What a marvel! A little cocoon facing the sea, perfect for a couple! The view and the calm was great! Lots of things to do nearby, the center within walking distance if needed and especially feet almost in the sand!

We had a great time in this beautiful house! Large, pleasant, it is very well arranged and equipped. The house was spotless on arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the concierge who gave us a little tour of the owner. The view is exceptional, with the Mont on a clear day. A small hidden door allows you to stroll along the seafront, and to connect to Cancale easily. Quiet with very good bedding, the nights were peaceful. In short, a very good place where we would love to come back!

Big warm house, easy parking, quiet environment. 10mins drive to Le Mont Saint Michel parking place. 5 mins drive to Carrefour supermarket, Convenient location. Highly recommended.

Bright, clean, well-equipped and good location. Comfortable bedding. A downside for those who sleep with the window open: noisy neighborhood, party people, delivery trucks. Otherwise, window closed, sound insulation ok. Free parking on Avenue des Terre neuviers, 8 minutes walk. Great hosting.

Very good place. although critical, would be the lack of window opening because only one window can be opened which may be right in the middle of summer. in any case for us it was not a problem for the period we rented.

Very nice apartment, well located on the harbor and in accordance with the listing. But small problems on arrival, the tv does not work, no one can move, problem solved then by phone with the concierge. Very slippery shower tray and water too hot. Very pleasant stay though.

The view of the sea from the apartment was bombastic. Also really high waves on some days. Beautiful sunsets. Overall, the apartment was as described. Large, spacious, practical, and bright. And directly at the sea. The host Jean Louis was very nice and helpful. Always available for questions. We felt very comfortable and will definitely go again. Also the place was very nice with a beautiful promenade, great beach for swimming and not full. All shopping and restaurants available. There were also beautiful excursion destinations in the area, including the island of Chausey. Brigitte

Perfectly located to hear the sound of the waves and access Granville on foot. Warm welcome and very clean home with parking. We would definitely recommend it.

Apartment facing the harbor absolutely great to live to the rhythm of fishermen and tides. Very well located, everything is on foot whether it is the walks by the sea, the old town or the city center with artist shops and independents. The apartment is as described, well arranged with a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful living room, ideal for cocooning. The plus, the garage and the private elevator.
