An entrance that serves as a small living room (20 m2) with a club chair and small sofa, then after 3 steps you enter the large living room which is 80 m2. 1 toilet and a back kitchen. 2 stairs lead to the upper floor consisting of 5 bedrooms + 1 baby bedroom, 2 shower rooms and 1 toilet. From your king-size bed, you are immersed in the vineyards, facing the sunset and the stars, not overlooked at all. When you open the dome's door, the Cognac countryside welcomes you with open arms, and 5 minutes away is the city of Cognac with its wine tourism discoveries and other great places that we will be happy to share with you. Adjacent to our winery, you can come and discover the distillery, the tractors, etc. Or stay as a couple and enjoy moments suspended in time.

come and discover this charming 140 m2 Charentais house located in the heart of the Grande Champagne that can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby with views of the countryside and vineyards in Juillac-le-Coq, which is 15 min from Cognac, 5 min from Segonzac. A few steps away, white paths invite you to long walks by bike or on foot. Electric bikes and mountain bikes are available nearby, with the possibility of direct delivery to the accommodation to explore the local area.

In the heart of the Grande Champagne, in a 17th century farmhouse, this 130 m2 accommodation can accommodate 6 people but can accommodate up to 12 people during the day (large dining room). This accommodation has all the amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, home cinema (Netflix, Prime Video...), laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burners (induction, and ceramic glass), a traditional oven and a microwave oven. The floor is air-conditioned.

A beautiful stone cottage set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. A 200 year old exterior, with very modern 'Boutique Hotel' style interior with every comfort. Decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
