Single-family house (75 m2) on the first floor, completely renovated in 2022, can accommodate from 2 to 6/8 people. Its courtyard and private parking will allow you to take a break in peace in the heart of Burgundy. Less than 10 min from the highway (A6) exit 24 (TOURNUS) Less than 5 minutes to all amenities (supermarket, discount store, restaurant, tobacco/newsstand...) Our historic and Romanesque city will touch you with its history and its recent facilities, both small and large.

On the ground floor, queen bedroom in 180 or 2 twin beds. Upstairs, two 90 single beds and one 140 double bed. The gite is located in the heart of a large property with access to a one hectare park, beautifully planted with century-old trees. Enjoy a 12-meter pool.
