Vacation rentals with a patio in Juan-les-Pins, Antibes

Nous avons passé un Excellent séjour chez James, le logement était très propre a notre arrivée. Je le recommande ++ Au calme, stationnement juste devant la maison 👍, 5 min de la plage et 1 min en voiture du centre commercial Encore un grand merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité 😁

I almost did not write a review because I wanted to keep this a secret. 😊 but this place was so perfect I went to find an Apartment just like it do we can have a place of our own in Cannes. The Apartment was perfect for me & my wife. Great location Very clean & bright. Had everything we needed for our stay. I am already planning my next stay here. 5 stars. ⭐️

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

The place is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need and it’s gorgeous! Bedding is high-end and the bed super comfortable. Location is perfect, just two blocks from Jean Médecin and shopping/restaurants/trams. Very safe for a solo traveler as there is a locked gate to the property as well as a triple lock entry door. The garden is lovely and private with a small lemon tree and comfortable seating. Highly recommend Michele’s place. Two things to note but definitely not deal breakers: because the apartment is not at street level very little sunlight enters(probably great in the summer) and the shower nozzle is set too low, at about waist height. But other than that it’s one of the nicest, most perfectly arranged Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at during my extensive travels. Only 15 min walk to the sea/promenade/old town as well. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Philippas Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Juwel. Jedes Detail wurde mit großer Sorgfalt und in hoher Qualität ausgewählt. Das Bett u. A. die Matratze ist himmlisch und ist mit frischer Baumwoll-Bettwäsche zum Wohlfühlen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal. Die umliegenden Strände kann man zu Fuß gut erreichen. Antibes selbst ist ganz unkompliziert mit dem Bus oder einem längeren Spaziergang gut erreichbar. Beim Empfang haben uns sehr über den Tee, Kaffee, Milch und die exquisite Flasche Wein gefreut. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.

Great stay in an amazing central but quiet location just near the beach in Nice - even had a balcony !

the location was excellent 👌. easy access, lift available. the apartment was very clean. it was a little noisy in the square early morning, due to work at the old market, and temporarily sited opposite apartment . but overall a very pleasant stay.

Un grand merci à Martine et Dalila pour leur accueil chaleureux, elles ont été super sympas dès notre arrivée. La maison est top joli jardin, piscine au top, tout pour passer des super vacances. On recommande sans hésiter 🫶🏻

We were really impressed with Cyril’s place. It felt very cute and full of character, as it was very old. Exactly what we had been looking for. The location was fantastic, as we could walk down to the beach in just minutes. Only slight issue was the lack of air con with the August heat, but this was mentioned before we booked, so our own mistake. Overall, we would definitely recommend you stay here. It was such a lovely stay, and so close to everything!

Laurie er meget opmærksom og omsorgsfuld. Vi havde regn 2 dage i træk og hun forkælede os med økologisk morgenmad og tur til Eze. Bolig er smuk indrettet med bedårende udsigt fra terrassen. Ligger væk fra centrum på en bakke men gode busforbindelser. En gang til kæmpe tak til Laurie❤️

Arrivée en autonomie parfaite, logement propre et fonctionnel, très belle villa avec piscine au calme. Proche de tous commerces. Laurence a été très réactive et à l’écoute.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in deze Airbnb. Zeer proper en zeer aangename hosts. Reageerden heel snel en zijn flexibel omgegaan met ons verzoek om een HDMI-kabel te voorzien. De oprit op- en afrijden was soms wel een beetje spannend omdat het smal en steil is. Het huis is prachtig en het poolhouse is echt een grote meerwaarde met een volledige keuken.

Séjour parfait. Le logement est spacieux, très propre, bien équipé. Idéalement situé. De plus, le parking privé est un vrai plus. Serge est très accueillant. Les consignes sont claires . Nous reviendrons .

Die Wohnung ist altmodisch eingerichtet, aber es ist alles da, es funktioniert alles problemlos. Die Heizung mit den Klimageräten, das schnelle Internet, der eigene Parkplatz vor dem Grundstück, alles 1A. Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen, ist diese Unterkunft für uns die erste Wahl!

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved this appartment. It is absolutely perfect for a visit to Antibes - centrally located yet peaceful and quiet. Peter is a great host and quick to respond to any queries. We will certainly look to book this place again should we return to Antibes in the future. Thank you Peter!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gepflegt, hat alles, was für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub brauchen! Allein der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist schon einiges wert! Die Wohnung liegt ein paar hundert Meter von der Altstadt entfernt, sodass Sie bequem über die Uferpromenade laufen können. Und auch eine hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Das Ein- und Auschecken in die Wohnung verlief ohne Probleme. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Vielen Dank für die wundervollen Momente im Leben der Touristen! Immer wieder gerne!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Christine di passaggio per prendere un volo il mattino dopo all'aeroporto di Nizza che dista giusto una decina di minuti in auto. Appartamento curatissimo, bellissimo patio esterno che deve essere meraviglioso col bel tempo (quando siamo andati noi pioveva). Disponibilità di parcheggio in strada.

Nous y avons passé un mois. On avait loué une voiture et on a rayonné le long de la côte et découvert de jolis villages très sympathiques. C’était l’hiver mais pour un Canadien très agréable comme température et peu de touristes. Cannes nous a plu et l’emplacement à la pointe de la Croisette très sympathique L’appartement était très bien équipé et rénové avec des matériaux de qualité. La terrasse était grande avec très belle vue sur la mer. On a bien aimé cette location et Hervé le propriétaire a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
