we hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het appartement. vriendelijke ontvangst, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Hele fijne uitvalsbasis om de omgeving van Juan les pins /Antibes te ontdekken. Ook is het treinstation twee straatjes verder en sta je in een klein half uurtje in hartje Nice.

Hôte accueillant et très réactif. logement propre avec terrasse sympathique pour manger ou boire un café. Équipe d’une Clim et situé dans un endroit très calme. J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement.

Magnifique appartement de charme avec vue sublime sur un des plus beaux ports de la rivièra. Une décoration soignée et un ensemble chily des plus appréciable. On y bénéficie en outre d un bain de clarté exceptionnel avec des grandes fenêtres en arcade. L appartement est bien équipé. Merci Helen pour ce séjour enchanteur.

Abbiamo passato una splendida settimana. L’appartamento è stupendo con una visita splendida dul mare e sul golfo. Pranzare sul terrazzo è estremamente appagante. Le spiagge vicine e comode dove nostro figlio di 7 anni si è divertito molto. La proprietaria Roxane è molto gentile e risponde sempre in brevissimo tempo. Torneremo qui molto volentieri. Grazie 🙏🏻

The apartment was beautiful inside. Exactly like the pictures. The view is incredible. Sebastien greeted us in person and help us get settled in and even helped out with checking out. The apartment is an easy walk to Old Town Antibes and the markets around town. Easy places to walk to around the sea. Sebastien offered his garage for an a very low fee which was a great deal since parking is very tight all around Antibes. We would stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé à Juan-les-Pins, à deux pas de la plage de sable et du centre animé tout en étant au calme. Le logement est spacieux et parfaitement adapté pour trois personnes grâce à son concept en duplex qui offre une vraie sensation d’espace. La salle de bain est agréable et spacieuse, l’appartement est confortable, bien équipé et on s’y sent en sécurité. Ce cadre nous a permis de vraiment déconnecter et de profiter d’un séjour reposant. Nous recommandons vivement !

Picasso by the Sea was exactly as described. Beautiful, bright, clean with a very well appointed kitchen and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The location was perfect, a few steps from the Market and many very good restaurants. Our host provided very clear instructions on how to access the house and responded very quickly to our queries. Loved it !

We really enjoyed our stay at Teddy and Aurelie‘s house. It is conveniently close to Vence and easily accessible by car. Teddy was flexible with our arrival slightly later than foreseen and wecomed us showing us around the flat. The place had all the amenities you could wish for, especially if you want to prepare your own food. We loved the decoration which made it both cosy and fun to explore. We will keep our eye on the place for future travel to the region.

This is a beautiful little house on a gated complex within a few minutes walk to local shops and bars and about 7/8 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach. Parts of the beach you have to pay to use but there is a large area which is free but with good toilets and showers free to use. There is a lovely communal pool on the site which, when we visited in early June, was always very quiet and usually we were the only people there. Lovely little garden, really well looked after. The house itself has everything you could possibly need including beach towels, beach mats, parasol. Maike communicated promptly and efficiently and was lovely when we met her. Highly recommend.

Better than the pictures!! Nathalie was a fabulous host and even met us when we checked in. Very personal, very helpful! Perfect location to walk everywhere.

L’appartement est très bien, très agréable, décoré avec goût, il y a également une belle terrasse qui permet de prendre les repas et de profiter de la vue. L’appartement est au calme, il est très facile à se garer Laurie est très réactive si besoin.

We had a week long stay at Masion Regina and it was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We had plenty of space, comfort of two full bathrooms helped us get out the door quickly in the morning. And the location could not be beat. Our first, and certainly not last time in Antibes. Strong AirCon, comfy bed and amenities were great. The rooftop terrace was spectacular; we changed our plans to have a quiet lunch on Sunday afternoon after picking up some provisions at the market and it was a highlight moment for sure. Only note, is that we were there for an entire week and only afforded two towels each which were not very nice and rough. We had to do some laundry which was less than ideal while on holiday, but this is only a minor note for improvement. Overall, wonderful all around and highly recommend!

Xavier est un hôte très proactif. Il nous as conseillé plusieurs restaurants ainsi que des lieux à visiter que nous avons adoré! Il est présent sur place et il est flexible sur l’arrivée et le départ ce qui aide grandement. Le logement était très beau, bien situé et propre. Peut être un peu bruyant la nuit si vous dormez avec la fenêtre ouverte.

casa comoda. rifornita di tutto come descritto. abbiamo trovato anche in kit di benvenuto in cucina e in bagno vicinissima al mare, 3 minuti a piedi. soggiornato con la famiglia. divano letto comodo. letto comodo. cuscini troppo alti. doccia grande e comoda. Benjamin veloce e cortese nelle risposte. La casa era pronta anche prima delle 16 anche se noi siamo entrati dopo. ascensore molto piccolo ma non serve solo solo due piani. balconcino arredato con tavolino, sedie e due sdraio. qualche piccione ci ha fatto compagnia. lo consigliano sia per famiglie che per coppie. sotto casa tre supermercati piccoli ma forniti e a 5 minuti locali e ristoranti il centro storico di Antibes ai raggiunge in 9 minuti di auto. da vedere naturalmente.

Tres bonne enlacement. A 3mn de la gare - 2 mn des plages et du centre ville - petit jardin extérieure dans le studio ce qui est vraiment très agréable ! Je recommande fortement .

Appartement bien situé bien équipé jolie terrasse la plage , les commerces , la gare a proximité maxi 10 mn à pied bonne literie les infos pour l'arrivée était claires et précises bon contact avec Marika parfait pour visité la côte et l'arrière pays . Je le recommande Sylvie et Thierry

We had an amazing stay! This place has everything you need and more. Walkable to so many restaurants and very large grocery store right out the front door of the building. Beach access and roof top pool. Washing machine and dryer were perfect! Corinne was so responsive and so kind. Thank you! We hope to stay here again soon!

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. Le logement est très propre et la vue est superbe. L’épicerie juste en bas de l’immeuble est super pratique et il y a beaucoup de chose. Je recommande ce logement Merci encore Céline

L’accueil est parfait. Les instructions (vidéos! ) très claires. Il ne m’a manqué que des bols pour mon muesli :) mais tout le reste était parfait.
