Also grill rack, and large park with a heated pool. It is located in the rural area between the City of Juan Lacaze and the Artilleros Balneario.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Enjoy our guest house. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, plus 2 beds in the living room (Maximum, 4 people). It has a Hot Tab for exclusive use. Pool (summer) and shared gym. It has bedding, towels, umbrella, beach chairs for 4 people, toiletries and cleaning products. The electricity cost is additional. Consumption is measured at check-in and check-out.
