The property covers 5000 m2 with direct proximity to the private & heated pool from early April to late September (7mx3.5m/prof.1.30m), an outdoor living space to live in as well as outside.

The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.
