Très bel appartement situé idéalement à proximité de Disneyland, commerce de proximité et transport en commun. Il est cosy, bien décoré selon saison. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un magnifique sapin déjà installé. Nous étions pépère, au calme et en parfaite sécurité. Nous nous sommes régalés. Les hôtes sont toujours présent, d’une gentillesse extraordinaire et d’une grande flexibilité. Ils sont arrangeant et hyper chaleureux. Nous reviendrons forcément dans cette perle rare. Je recommande à tous ceux qui aiment les bonnes ondes, les bons emplacements, les bons esprits, la tranquillité, les bonnes personnes 🙏🏿 Merci beaucoup.

Appartement très bien situé, 10mn à pied de la gare RER, 10mn en voiture du centre de formation FMSD, commerces à proximité, parking privé et fermé, l’appartement est conforme aux photos, bien équipé, juste quelques éléments qui ont du vécu… les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs.

Great stay in Roussy. Was great to have an extra washroom and the sofa bed was the most comfortable of all 5 places we stayed in Europe. Also appreciated the bottled water and treats upon arrival. Was so welcome after a long day travelling. Nice little village with lots of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!

We absolutely loved our time here! The apartment is modern, really well kept and had everything we could need. The neighbourhood is quiet but just a short way from a huge shopping centre with everything you could need and a great choice of restaurants. We slept wonderfully and enjoyed a morning coffee on the balcony before beginning our day. Stephane has been a brilliant host, making everything really simple and being really helpful. Thank you so much!! Can’t wait to come back 😁

The apartment was really lovely, very tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well resourced, I even cooked a Christmas dinner for 5. It was very peaceful and quiet. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from RER station, where you can get a train to disney which is only 1 stop, or you can easily walk to disney in about 15/20 minutes. There is a huge shopping centre 6/7 minutes away plus a supermarket just around the corner. Dominique is a fantastic host, he was so helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had before our stay, and kept in communication to ensure we arrived in the apartment ok, plus he was on call if we had any problems, which we didn't. I can't recommend this apartment enough,we will definitely be returning.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce Airbnb. L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux et très bien agencé. L’entrée et la sortie se sont déroulées sans aucun souci grâce aux explications claires de l’hôte. La place de parking attitrée est un vrai plus, surtout dans le quartier.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Il est idéalement situé, en plein coeur de Paris, tout en étant parfaitement au calme. L'appartement est très bien aménagé, toutes les commodités y sont présentes, et il est très joliment décoré. On sent que Pascale et Christophe ont le sens du détail et ont à coeur d'accueillir les voyageurs dans les meilleures conditions. Je recommande à 100% !

Un séjour absolument parfait ! L'hôte est d'une gentillesse et bienveillance rares, elle s'est assurée que tout soit parfait du début à la fin. Le logement est incroyable : propre, décoré avec soin et vraiment agréable à vivre. On se sent tout de suite chez soi. Je recommande vivement cette adresse, vous ne serez pas déçus ! On a passé un très bon long weekend de Pâques chez Françoise. La maison était propre et parfaite pour un gros groupe. La position était excellente

L’appartement est lumineux et parfaitement équipé, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous. Le calme du quartier et le confort du logement ont rendu notre séjour très reposant. Nous avons eu des explications claires et précises ce qui a permis notre arrivée et notre départ très fluides. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour il répond parfaitement à la description. Merci pour cette belle expérience!

The place was clean, comfortable, easy to access everything was perfect, really felt like home. Charlie was also very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back.

Outstanding Airbnb. Such a great neighborhood. Devika who hosted is fantastic and responsive. Met us there. Texts back right away. Solves problems. Very charming home. It’s small ish so be prepared. There’s just one toilet which is a fact we missed. Tight quarters all around. But as long as you go in knowing that it’s fantastic. We were there as a couple with our son and nanny so a bit tight. Maybe easier for 2 adults than 3 - maybe a couple and a kid or one couple or two adults in separate beds. Kitchen is very well appointed. It’s super clean. It feels like borrowing a home from close friends but with actual closet space. Highly recommend!!

Wij zijn met 3 kinderen in het verblijf van Arnoud geweest! Het was echt super! Netjes, knus, groot genoeg en in een hele fijne wijk met allerlei voorzieningen! Mochten we Parijs nog eens willen bezoeken gaan we zeker terug! Het contact met Arnaud verliep ook heel erg soepel. Snelle reactie op de berichten en erg vriendelijk!! Wij hebben genoten!!

L’emplacement idéal pour un séjour en famille à Disneyland ! L’appartement était fidèle à la description de l’annonce ,les enfants ont apprécié les petit détails Disney de la déco . L’hôtel et son personnel au top également nous vous recommandons le petit déjeuner ! Le parking souterrain privé permet de laisser votre véhicule en sécurité. Le service de bus privé proposer par adagio permet de rejoindre le parc Disneyland en 5 min . Pour le reste il n’y a qu’à traverser la rue : centre commercial , restaurant , aquarium , parc …. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

The location was great with free shuttle to Disneyland. It is also close to the shopping mall and the pool was great fun for the kids. Isabelle was very quick in answering any questions we had. Thank you!

Heerlijk ruime en gezellige woning, van alles voorzien en met 2 fijne badkamers en 2 aparte toiletten superfijn voor een gezin met tieners! In de buurt is genoeg te eten en drinken en met de metro ben je snel overal waar je wilt in Parijs. Om het huis en de garage binnen te komen heb je wel een handleiding nodig, maar Dimitri ontving ons zelf en heeft het duidelijk uitgelegd. De parkeergarage is super (wel wat krap en spannend om binnen te rijden) Voor onze 2 jongens waren het zwembad en de sportzaal een hele grote plus! Dimitri is een fijne host en goed bereikbaar.

Commerces a proximité, appartement ideal pour une famille comme nous de trois enfants dont deux ados. Residence au calme, appartement conforme a la description et hôte tres réactif. On recommande .

This is a hidden gem. Spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home for our week stay in Paris. The property was stocked and Debby was very communicative if we had any questions about anything. The mall is walking distance from the property so food was easily accessible with plenty of options. Our group loved that the most. Highly recommend and I would stay there again should I find myself back in France.
