Our stay was just great! The location is great – with direct train connection to Disneyland in one direction and to the heart of Paris in the other. Everything was straightforward, even late at night we felt safe. The area is quiet and charming, with the train station very close. Létissia and Alexis are incredibly warm and helpful hosts – we felt immediately welcome. Our very late arrival was not a problem at all and because the children were restless at night, we were allowed to check out until 12 noon, which we greatly appreciated. Check-in was smooth, everything was exactly as described. Particularly helpful was the private parking space, convenient entry and exit, which was worth gold for us with children in the car. The place itself was cozy, clean and well-equipped. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend Létissia and Alexis. We'll be back the next time we visit Paris!

Great host location and apartment

Very good stay, station about 8 mins walk, easy to get around. Nice neighbourhood and felt safe coming back and forth. Place is exactly like pictures. Will stay here again.

Great apartment, clean, bright. Accommodation and finding the apartment is extremely easy. Within walking distance of Disneyland, or 5 minutes by bus. The apartment has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The most amazing thing for me and my family is the terrace overlooking a beautiful and quiet garden, after a long day, that was the best part. The hosts are very kind, responsive, and respond very quickly. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will definitely look for you again the next time we visit Paris. I recommend this apartment!

An amazing location and apartment that was private and peaceful, travel routes were easy to figure out and the host was helpful with directing us to where we needed to go, overall a beautiful apartment 😍. We would definitely stay again!

The apartment was exceptionally clean and featured a spacious bathroom. It’s located in a quiet, modern building just a short walk from the train station, with only one stop to Disneyland. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area, adding to the convenience. The host was very attentive, friendly, and made the stay seamless. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Disneyland. Highly recommended

Clean and pleasant accommodation!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Perfect apartment for a group stay. The accommodation is clean, spacious, well-appointed and you will certainly enjoy the balcony. The train station right next door and the shopping center opposite make this Airbnb a very good choice in all respects! Approved by me ✅

Amazing place!! My son and I went to Disneyland for 2 days and stayed 3 days in Vincent place! Great to come back in this amazing quit place after Disneyland! Highly recommend staying in this great creative made decor!!

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.

Beautiful accommodation, well finished. Lots of amenities available. Quiet location and close to a sports center as well as the city center. You can hear people living above but nothing very annoying.

We stayed one night at Nacira's place. The apartment was clean and well arranged. It is also 2 steps from the Val d'Europe shopping center. Nacra was very friendly and responsive to messages! So we would recommend this home!

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Chic and very clean accommodation. Amazing bedding I was able to enjoy the outdoors which is great (garden furniture…). Point of vigilance on steep stairs to go up to the bedroom. Breakfast included with a jam roll as a nice touch. I highly recommend it.

The location was great with free shuttle to Disneyland. It is also close to the shopping mall and the pool was great fun for the kids. Isabelle was very quick in answering any questions we had. Thank you!

Best communication and arrival instructions etc I’ve ever had When we thought we had an issue they got in the car and headed to help us within minutes of our message (late at night)! Whenever I messaged they replied super quick. Within the apartment itself, Not everything is modern/ pristine but If you’re wanting to stay close to Disney and you’re on a bit of a budget, I can’t imagine you’ll find better than this. We were a group of 5 so really maxed out the capacity but it was everything we needed for a long weekend!

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
