What a cute little guesthouse! I was born and raised about 1 mile from this property and booked it to visit my parents. It sits up on top of a large hill in the rural community of Hugo. The paved drive is easy to navigate and guest parking is roomy. The guesthouse sits next to and behind the host/main house, which you walk by to get to the rental. I didn’t mind this at all as it adds an extra layer of security, but it’s something to know if you are one bothered by such a setup. My privacy was totally respected even with the close proximity. The full/double sized bed is up in the crow’s nest nook bedroom and is comfy and looks new. The kitchenette provided just what I needed as I had no intention cooking here. It is not set up for all-out cooking, but it does have the very basics. Rachelle is so thoughtful with extra touches like little snacks, coffee/tea fixings, and even fresh flowers to greet you! Well decorated, bright and clean - I would absolutely return!

We are repeat guests and thoroughly enjoyed our second visit as much as our first ✨. Lori is an excellent host, the place is just as it’s described - a peaceful and welcoming retreat.

Janie'sand Zane's Grandview Suite was a perfect landing pad for a very busy weekend full of family activities. It was more than perfect for my adult children, granddaughter, and me. The kitchen was awesome - everything worked and everything was clean. There's a washer and dryer so you can do a load of laundry if you need to (with a toddler, we needed to!). The beds were perfectly comfortable, and the towels were perfectly fluffy. Did I mention that the place was SPOTLESS? And to top it all, it was quiet and private. I normally stay at my sister's house when I come to town, but we needed more space this time with everybody there. I will definitely stay at Janie's place again if my whole crew (me+4 😉) is in town.

You could tell all the thought that went into the creation of the awesome space, everything was considered and top notch. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Quaint, Quirky and Quiet. Quant - peaceful little cottage on a wooded lot away from town Quirky - the spiral starcase had its own unique charm Quiet - away from the city, all I could hear was the nearby creek, bursts of frogs at night and the wind in the trees. Just the kind of stay I look for,

We loved our stay here! This was my first Airbnb experience, and it couldn’t have gone better. This was a lovely little apartment, with all the kitchen supplies you could need, cozy bedding, a washer and dryer, and a nice kitchen bar and couch area to hang out in. Natalie was very communicative and responsive. We’ll definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

We spent the Christmas night there and it was fantastic! The host left a holiday treat for us which really made our day. They were quite responsive and easy to communicate with. This is the place that I will recommend to anyone and choose to stay again should I visit Grants Pass in the future.
