Family-friendly vacation rentals in Josephine County

One of our best Airbnb stays. Clean and well maintained property, with all the amenities you could want. We enjoyed the hot tub, sitting on the deck near the river and gazebo with fire pit. We also loved the little area down by the river, it was very peaceful and serene. The property and location is really amazing, even better than the photos! Mark and Sabine were very welcoming and kind. Mark gave us a nice tour of the property and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Will come back in the summer to enjoy the river and water activities.

Kirk and I communicated a number of times for clarifications as needed. We hosted a large family Thanksgiving dinner and wanted to make sure we had all that we needed. It was spectacular. We had our two young grandkids and the box of kids toys and outdoor toys was wonderful. The gazebo with Fireplace and the gas firepit on the deck were wonderful places to gather during the late Fall coolness. The home was spectacular for our 8 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog. . . Could not have asked for a better stay.

We stayed at Kirk’s place for Christmas and it was just perfect! The studio was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Fireplace was on for us and we were able to enjoy the amazing hot tub that night. We had a simple dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. The two beds were beautiful and so comfy! Not your typical hotel style beds but instead soft and luxurious with thick comfy comforter. Shower had a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location is also very quiet and the river access was just lovely. Very kind hosts and super accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Ed and Jacquie’s place was exactly what we needed. We were on a road trip moving some stuff and towing a trailer, so finding a private, safe spot where we didn’t have to unload everything was a big deal. Their property was perfect, and the pull-through driveway made it super easy to get in and out with the trailer. On top of that, Ed and Jacquie were incredibly kind and welcoming. Honestly, some of the nicest hosts we’ve ever had. The property was peaceful and relaxing, with a creek out back, and the house itself was cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home. I only wish we could have stayed longer! If you’re in the area and need somewhere to stay, definitely stay here. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

The home is very open with a large living room for family gatherings. We opted to pay the extra $200 for the pool to be heated and have no regrets. The kids swam morning to night while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Kirk was great at responding to our needs. The home was clean and plenty of towels were provided. Kitchen had all the essentials which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

This is our second visit to the river house. We enjoyed it just as much as we did before. We were able to bring our family this time and show off the beautiful rogue River. We had such a fabulous time. Thank you to the hosts

The pond house was absolutely amazing! Amazing views, very cozy cabin vibe! Our family made core memories during our stay! We definitely recommend!

The overall stay was comfortable and private. While a few issues arose, it was still a pleasant experience.

Amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone visiting. Would definitely stay here again!
