The experience was surreal, the view of the spread and all the comfort it offers is impressive, we don't need sunny days to enjoy the accommodation a lot! Very well located apartment with a market nearby, very well equipped with kitchen utensils, everything decorated, making the visual experience even more impressive! Worthy of a movie! The attendant Samara was spectacular, kind and efficient at all times! He gave us an amazing service! By far one of the best Airbnb Experiences we've had!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The place was spotless and very well maintained — cleaning was done daily. I slept like a baby thanks to the comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, and the surprising quiet despite being close to the road. At night, all I could hear were the calming ocean waves. Parking is available 24 hours for just R$15. Everyone was very polite, and communication with Arnaldo was fast and attentive. I truly felt at home. The shower was excellent as well. Highly recommended!

To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

The facilities are great, with a well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and air-conditioned environments. But the highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking ocean view! The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by

My family and I loved staying at the apt. Célia and Rosana are extremely requested in all matters with us. The apartment was impeccable, beautiful, spacious, super comfortable. To the leisure area of the condominium is fantastic, beautiful and complete, we use each space. The apto is located on the avenue of the beach we were on foot, just cross the avenue, we were super satisfied with everything, and we will certainly return to the hotel in the near future.

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

We had a great stay. Very quiet and well located condominium. Very nice house, matches the listing. Beautiful view mainly of the rooms. The elevator in the house made it too easy! Pool was pleasant even with the cloudy day. All very good rooms, all with suites. We had no problem.

Thyago was super considerate from the very first moment. You've got everything ready for us to enter the condo, while Rose welcomed us. Very attentive too. The house is huge, well lit, with several bedrooms as described. We did a quiet home office there. We were 9 people and super accommodated everyone well. We love it!!!

Excellent stay in an impeccable home We rented this house in Guarujá to gather our family and the experience was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, well equipped, clean and very well maintained. All environments are comfortable and functional, ideal for large groups. The outdoor area is a highlight, perfect for leisure and relaxation. The entire structure fully met our expectations. We would also like to thank the responsible team, who were extremely attentive, cordial and efficient throughout the stay. I highly recommend it and we will certainly return on another occasion.

We loved the place, cozy, clean and organized apartment... the condominium is beautiful, super quiet and safe... right in front of the beach... if I had another opportunity I would come back here again. Pedro was very cool.

We travel with family ( children, the elderly and pets). The house is just like the pictures. Breezy, clear, and clean. Joceli asks a lot, always responding cordially and quickly. We hired Kelly's services, which served us in a caring and respectful way. Unfortunately during our stay the sauna and dishwasher were in repair. Regarding the location of the house to the beach, if you are going with young children and the elderly you will need to use the car to move around ( this did not harm the stay at all, but it is worth the information).
