The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Cottage located one kilometer from a very nice sandy beach with a jetty. Close to Bedinge and Abbekås golf course. Bicycle path to Ystad and Trelleborg. 4-5 restaurants within a radius of 5-6 km, as well as grocery stores. The cottage has two double beds, a TV room and a simple kitchen with fridge, stove and oven. Toilet with shower cabin. Terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental rate. Located in a free position on the Skåne plains next to our own house. Nearby, our horses roam the meadow.

Just outside Trelleborg, we rent out our guest house of 25 sqm + loft. About 7 minutes by car to the nearest beach and grocery store. 6 km to Trelleborg city center. Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

You can choose to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed or in the loft. Private patio with access to barbecue. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Duvets and pillows are provided, sheets and towels are brought by the guests.
