Beachfront vacation rentals in Jordan River

The house is so beautiful, and thoughtfully decorated. The rooms are a great size, beds were comfortable and the couch set up was great! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals each day. Our 15mo old and dog loved running around in the fenced in yard, while we relaxed and enjoyed the view. Once our little one was asleep, we enjoyed a few cocktails by the window watching sunset, then enjoyed a nice fire outside under the stars. The location couldn’t be beat for activities. Great hikes and beaches just a little further north, and Neah Bay had some fresh seafood offerings. We definitely hope to return!

Gail's House is a beloved family getaway filled with quirky and interesting marine and nautical pictures and gadgets so lovingly collected. It's very comfortable and right on the dock and the views are amazing. Lucky for us, we were there in prawn season and our hosts gave us the best prawns we have ever had, fresh from the water. I want to return.

We enjoyed Gleb’s airbnb spot. The RV was perfectly situated and provided the privacy that we were looking for. The RV was surrounded by nature and had a beautiful fire pit that overlooked the lake and mountains across. The RV itself had all the amenities you would expect in renting an airbnb. Gleb’s instructions was very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay - right on the ocean with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The jacuzzi overlooking the water was enjoyed by all. The kitchen is spectacular with everything you could need and the living area is very nice. The full wall of glass windows and sliders with the wrap-around deck was great. The heated floors were an unexpected, but welcome surprise!

Had a great stay at Daughin’s place for a fishing trip. Would def return!

Rick was a great host, very responsive. We had a minor issue and Rick took care of the issue very quickly. The location has a beautiful view of the Sooke Harbour. We had a great breakfast on the patio overlooking the bay and our group had loads of fun with the ping pong/pool table inside the accommodation. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. We will be back!!

We stayed for a week over Christmas and it was truly magical! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy cabin in the woods and a perfect location for all kinds of bucket list hikes in the area!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true escape. The weather was perfect and we spent hours lounging on the beautiful deck, basking in the sunshine while listening to the soothing sound of the roaring surf. The views were breathtaking, and we were even lucky enough to spot eagles soaring above us—a truly magical experience. The cabin itself was the perfect retreat, offering everything we needed and more. John was welcoming and thoughtful, checking in to make sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable. One of the highlights was the master bedroom, which had an incredible view. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing beneath the window was an experience we’ll never forget. We also took long walks along the beach and explored the nearby waterfall, which was so peaceful and rejuvenating. This stay has by far been my favourite place to unwind, and we will absolutely be back.

We found ourselves in town for a family service and Fiona was the utmost kind and supportive host we could have found. The space was absolutely perfect, spotless, serene, and comfortable. It was exactly as described and made a difficult trip much more easy, especially being by the beautiful ocean. We saw a ton of wildlife so the speed limits are absolutely necessary. Thank you Fiona, we will surely be back in the future.

This adorable cottage on Shawnigan Lake is one of our favourite stays ever. Impeccably appointed with spotless comfort. A real gem in the middle of a beautiful lake community. A must stay for anyone. We will be back for sure! Thanks Amanda.

This place was perfect; everything was exactly as described and the suite was cozy and comfortable. The surrounding parks were wonderful for walks and runs, and I thoroughly appreciated my stay; I would come back here anytime!

We loved staying at this beautiful home. The house is very inviting and has lovely baths and bedrooms . The best is the sweeping deck with its spectacular view. The beauty and peacefulness of it has to be experienced to fully appreciate, it was better than the pictures. We loved watching sunrise and sunsets from the deck. We also did see seals and sea otters liked climbing onto the deck. Beautiful trails are a short driving distance away. This is a very peaceful , but more out of the way location. It is for relaxation, but not for those looking for nearby restaurants. However, we did drive twice to Victoria to enjoy all the beautiful city has to offer, including a fantastic whale watching trip with Eagle Wing tours , who we cannot recommend enough. They went out of their way to show us killer whales, humpback whales and sea lions. . A trip to Hatley castle was also very lovely. We loved our time at this home and would return and highly recommend it for a beautiful and peaceful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake house, having the SUP’s and kayaks added to the water fun. The house was perfect for the six of us!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was beautifully updated, spotless, and had an incredible view that made our trip even more enjoyable. The location was great, and we loved how comfortable and well-maintained everything was. The only minor downside was that the units aren’t very soundproof, but since we rented both, it wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great family holiday in Sooke. 9 adults and 1 toddler. Close enough to go into Victoria! (Even by e-bike!!) Spent some time on the Galloping Goose and exploring East Sooke Regional Park. We spent some time on the water and in the nice big hot. The beds were all very comfortable!

Ashley and Julia were amazing hosts. Catered to an early check in time for my group as we took an early ferry and arrived earlier than check in time. The dock is amazing for crabbing as well!

Our stay at Gavin’s place was perfect. We had plenty of room for our group. The house was comfortable, well appointed, comfortable beds and had everything we needed and more. Gavin was super responsive to all my questions, he is a great host. Thank you Gavin! Highly recommend this home when staying in Shawnigan Lake. Lots to do, and we had fun adventuring around. Would love to come back in the summer.

The place was great and wanting for nothing. Very clean and comfortable and had everything to accommodate a big group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. The hosts were very welcoming, generous, and accommodating. It was lovely that we could arrive earlier in the day and relax in the morning with a later check out. We loved the “single lady” chickens and being able to gather eggs in the morning. The hot tub was a great size for a large group, very clean and well maintained. Comfy beds as well. Thanks for a delightful weekend for our Bookgroup!

This location has beautiful vistas. The intimate beach is wonderful for shelling and gathering up driftwood and beautiful stones. It was perfect for a family to let down.
