We had a lovely stay, the accommodation is very nice and very well-equipped. The outside is a real plus and the subdivision is quiet. There are many walks nearby and especially the body of water which is very pleasant ☺️ We recommend 100%

We had a great weekend with friends at Roz's. The house is very beautiful, clean, spacious. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels, etc.). Small touches were waiting for us, it's a plus that we really appreciated. The many activities available on site occupied us well, we did not leave the weekend house: pool, jacuzzi, billiards, ping pong, darts, etc. Small dedication to Bob who welcomed us very warmly!

Iris' house is welcoming and peaceful ideal for recharging/resting as a family (concerning us) and even with friends. We had mild weather, so we were able to enjoy the outdoor space which is really nice with its covered living room with BBQ as well as the pool. We were there to visit the castles and enjoy the different tastings offered in the region and we could count on Iris's many tips.

Excellent stay at Elisabeth's, very considerate, pleasant, at our disposal. Beautiful house tastefully decorated, perfect bedding, impeccable cleanliness, top kitchen equipment. The pool is undeniably the most for a stay with children. We loved and recommend it unreservedly.

Thomas and Sabrina's house is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops / restaurants / casino It's really a central place between Royan (center) and Saint Palais, Palmyra, etc. Many activities and walks close by. The house itself is a small house but perfectly arranged and pleasant, it is quiet and no parking problems. All at a very reasonable rate for those who know how nice and in-demand this area is! In addition, both Sabrina and Thomas were very responsive and friendly in our exchanges. I will find it without hesitation.

We had a lovely week at Patricia and Joël's place. The cottage is superb with its garden and pool. Patricia and Joël are charming and very welcoming. An address to keep precious.

Family home ideal for families with small children. Games for them in a game room. Cribs. High chair. Stroller and cozy. Everything was perfect. The children's island is close for activities. On the other hand, a car is essential for shopping and trips to the sea.

Short stay at Gérard and Roselyne's, very welcoming and friendly people as are all the people I know in this corner of Charente. Beautiful apartment, very clean, quiet and comfortable. We'll save the address for a future visit.

Philippe is an exceptional host. Before we arrived he answered all our questions very quickly. The welcome was warm (with a bottle in the fridge waiting for us). We appreciated the time he spent giving us recommendations. The house was perfect for our needs, secure, we always left the car open because there's a gate. Our stay was peaceful. We had planned activities that we canceled in the end because we felt at home. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We'll be happy to come back. We absolutely loved our stay with John & Terry! We can't say enough about how kind they are, how lovely their place & property is- truly one of the best experiences we've had. They had amazing suggestions for us during our stay, and everything we could think of in the space. Our two kids were so sad to leave when it was time to checkout, they made us promise that we'll be back! Thank you so much, John & Terry- we look forward to our next visit! :)

We had a great time, the pool is worthy of a 4-star rating, green and peaceful property. Everything is in place to have a relaxing vacation and disconnect. Don't hesitate to collect small logs in the landscaped park to enhance your evenings during a barbecue (this one provided) and at the same time, don't buy charcoal because Patrick will be very happy as you will contribute to cleaning the priority 😊 A big thank you to Christine and Patrick Nath & Mika Signed: the budding artist 😉
