What a gem of a place and hosts! We traveled to quite a few places during our 2.5 week trip through Europe, and this was by far our favorite stay. Located in the Luberon Valley in the medieval town of Ménerbes, Provence, you only had to look outside of your window to see the vibrant purple shades of the blooming summer lavenders and lavandines. The stay was well appointed with everything you’d need, and the private courtyard provided breathtaking views of the valleys and nearby mountains. The town and stay are rich in history - you’ll enjoy learning about it from hosts Maria and Francois, who are absolutely delightful. A beautiful breakfast of local fresh fruits, pastries, eggs and yogurt was provided, which gave us enough fuel for a long day of walking and sightseeing. My favorite part of it all were the conversations we had with Maria and Francois over breakfast - they’re quite charming and funny; we exchanged stories of our lives and travels. Highly recommend this stay!

This was one of the best places we ever stayed at. Everything was super clean. We felt right at home, with the kitchen being set up with every equipment needed to make nice meals. It is just a short drive out of Gordes which makes it perfect to wind down. Its such a beautiful peaceful surroundings. Super easy to drive to all the other towns in the area. We had a great time outdoors in the beautiful garden, with a lovely dining set up and the pool, also pool towels were provided which was amazing. Everything was just great and we would definitely come back.

We had a great stay in this beautiful house equipped with all comforts. The house is conveniently located a short distance outside the village. Wonderfully quiet, especially at night! Our dog had a great time. You can enjoy hiking in the immediate vicinity, in the middle of the vineyards and overlooking Mont Ventoux. Large supermarkets are nearby and there is also a large market in Vaison on Tuesday. This is a nice place with shops and restaurants. There is plenty to do in the area. Wonderful swimming pool! Contact with the hostess went well. Thank you for this wonderful vacation!

Christine’s place is incredible. Absolutely perfect, and Christine is an amazing host. She provided everything we could possibly need and then some. The complementary bottle of Côtes du Rhône and brownies were a delightful touch. The village is super charming—especially Christine’s Tea House just 2 minutes away on foot. If you get an opportunity to stay here, consider yourself lucky.

We had a wonderful vacation in the Provence! Valerie's place is beautiful and set in one of the most beautiful and quiet villages in the region. It has great views and it made us feel really at home. The apartment has everything that we needed - it was clean, very cozy and tastefully furnished. Valerie was a great host - she gave us excellent recommendations about the local restaurants and we felt really welcomed there. We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay at Ju et Mag’s place! It is perfectly located in the heart of the village, close to lovely shops, restaurants and markets. L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue itself is close to many beautiful villages - our highlights were Oppède-Le-Vieux, Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt and Fontaine de Vaucluse, with a lovely sunset dinner at Maison Baleti. The apartment is spacious and quiet, with a beautiful sunny terrace overlooking the canal, perfect for morning juice or coffee, yoga or just to sit and listen to the birds and running water of the Sorgue below. Self check in was easy, with clear instructions and prompt communication. It was well stocked with everything we needed to feel like home! Free parking close by (Parking du Stade). We would very happily stay again, thanks Ju et Mag!

Marion is an attentive and very responsive host. The apartment and its small courtyard are charming and very pleasant. Quiet location although a short walk to the center. We are very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back.

This comment is for the Airbnb website. After booking the farmhouse I received a message telling me that the owner was selling her property and that it was going to be sold - I will be able to rent the property again. I had to cancel the reservation to rebook it. A few days before check-in I received messages from the host and another person offering another property 6km from where I had booked. So there's fraud somewhere. One of the properties is in the middle of nature and the other in the city, the distinction was easy and I did not make the mistake of showing up at the wrong address otherwise I would have paid for a reservation without cancellation on one side and I would have had to pay for another reservation because I would have "consumed" the service... I hope I don't have this problem with the Airbnb site in the future

A great fully furnished and equipped cottage with private swimming pool and beautiful garden. Lots of privacy despite the fact that the host lives adjacent. Muriel and also Marie-Jo were very thoughtful. The refrigerator was already filled with local products upon arrival, most of which were prepared in-house. Every day Muriel brought something she had made herself...and all this in the breathtaking landscape of Provence with views of the Ventoux. If there is anything negative to report, it would be the fact that the house is along a busy thoroughfare, but for us no reason to find the stay less pleasant, also because this was clear in advance. Everything perfect!!

Brigitte is a very welcoming, friendly and accommodating host. The accommodation is extremely clean, the bedding comfortable, it is very well equipped and in the heart of the city. I would recommend it 10000% and hope to come back one day. A big thank you Brigitte again! Happy hosting 🙏🍀

Marine’s apartment is lovely—comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and clean. Both the living room and bedroom open onto 3rd floor balcony which looks down on the cobblestone lane and canal is a wonderful spot. It’s about a 1km walk to the Palais des Papes, but there are restaurants very close by on Rue des Tenteuriers, which also features an artisanal brewing place. You’ll have to arrange to meet Karine (or her friend who welcomed me) outside the locked front gate to get initial access and keys.

Nathalie’s place is a gem in Provence. Walking distance to Avignon old town and within reach of all things needed from restaurants to places of interest. We had an infant and the apartment suited him in terms of crawl space and crib area. The parking in the building was super convenient to have a car and explore Provence. Nathalie was super flexible with a late night check-in and even helped me retrieve socks after I had checked out. Overall definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Provence/Marseille area.

Elsa welcomed us and gave us information about the apartment as well as the excursions to do: this made it easy to start the week of vacation. The apartment is very close to the center on foot. There is everything you need, like at home. Private parking is a plus. It's very quiet.

Béatrice is lovely and helpful. Friendly and welcoming to us and very kind with my dog. We had a relaxing and happy week here. The big pool is absolutely fantastic and the area around is private, spacious, practical and so very welcoming to enjoy. Swimming in the evening too with the trees around and the moon shining was just wonderful! Secure to park your car - everything feels safe and peaceful. We were so fortunate to be able to get this week as it’s booked up now for all of summer - definetly recommend! Thank you for our stay :)

We were very satisfied - less than a 5-minute walk to Place d'Herbes. Everything is clean, tasteful and functional. I'd come back anytime, price ok compared to other accommodations.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from Avignon Central Station, 5 minutes walk from the big supermarket.There is an indoor garage, a large terrace, a large room, two bedrooms, a living room and dining room combined, and a fully equipped large kitchen.A variety of household consumables, seasonings, cleaning utensils, etc. are available.It's actually a home, and it's perfect for me, who travels independently. The apartment is clean, the bathroom and toilet are separate, easy to use, and clean.The kitchen was also sparkling clean. The owner is enthusiastic, personally greets, shows parking spaces and access methods, and fully introduces Avignon and surrounding attractions. There are also many sightseeing documents available for free use in the house.If there's a problem, the owner responds almost immediately. I had a wonderful 7 days here and would recommend this B&B to friends.

The apartment with the magnificent terrace is a gem, in the middle of the historic hilltop village. Elisabeth is the perfect host and a lovely person. We'll be back.
