The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

The location of this space is fantastic. Very walkable to 6th street and of course right across the street from the trail that runs along the river and Lady Bird Lake. We loved the quiet neighborhood and easy access driving to and from locations. While small, the room itself was very comfortable and the AC worked well (this was especially important to us New Englanders visiting Texas for the first time). Sarah was great and very communicative. Her guidebook has a ton of excellent recommendations as well!

Ann’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet, comfortable, there was plenty of space for everyone and most of all a beautiful location. This place is great for a larger group and anything you need is there or available nearby. We had a relaxing few days there, fished, enjoyed being outside and our dogs really enjoyed the water:)

This place was AMAZING! My family and kids loved it all.. Beautiful, stunning views.. and the place itself was stunning. Very spacious and comfortable.. Everyone enjoyed their beds.. the family time watching movies.. and omg the views! 😍 the patios, the path down to the dock, just absolutely beautiful.. Very well kept and clean.. It was cold when we went but the kids still went in the pool. The lake was cold but enjoyed the fishing out there.. Even during cold weather this place is amazing.. I definitely recommend this place to everyone and will be going back for a longer stay.. I can just imagine when it’s warm. Can’t wait to go back.. Loved it all.. Thanks Elizabeth..
