Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Jones County

Our stay was perfect! Even our pups felt like they were on vacation and had a great time!! We very much enjoyed the comfort of the home, a fully stocked kitchen so I could cook some home meals for my son, and chilling out on the back porch under the gazebo while the dogs ran around the back yard. She even left toys and treats for the pups and the home was fully prepared and welcoming for our dogs! We’ve stayed in pet friendly homes before but once arriving weren’t as pet friendly as we would have thought. This one was by far the best!!

If u ever go to Jacksonville rent from Trevor I will never rent from anyone else have had several bnb that were terrible wouldn’t take my dog because of my last experience with bnb that poisoned him with bug traps my daughter lives there so I go couple times a year to visit her and her family never stayed at a place like Trevor’s with was so outstanding with everything

This house was very comfortable. The mattress was probably one of the most comfortable mattresses we've slept on in an Airbnb. I loved all of the decor in the house. It really made the place feel cozy. There's a Kureg and a variety of coffee and hot cocoa. I liked that there were caffeine free options available! The place was fenced in and great for our dog as well. The neighborhood was nice and the host offered to give us names of real estate agents and anything else we had questions about during our stay. This is a great little home.

Great home. Very responsive hosts. Home was everything advertised and more. The home was beautiful and had all amenties including a grrat work space. Would certainly stay here again

Stunning and immaculate home. Comfortable furniture and bed. Everything needed for a vacation! Our dogs loved the private fenced yard.

David and Patricia’s house was so much better than a hotel, the neighbors were nice since this this was the first time we visited the area. Everyone gave us places to check out which was great.

Me and my boys spend Thanksgiving week there, it felt like being home. I got to have some of my son’s Marine mates visiting for lunch and we spend a wonderful time there Thank you

I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was peaceful, and quiet. I loved the old furniture. You can tell everything is very well taken care of. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay with my dogs. I was in need of lodging while attending and competing with one of my dogs in a hunt test. I contacted Matthew and asked some questions such as how close the parking area was to the apartment and if the pond was available for some training with my dogs. He responded very quickly and advised that I could park right in front of the apartment and not only could I use the ponds but also the surrounding fields if I wanted to. The apartment was also dog friendly and he even had a large crate that I could use so that I didn’t have to remove mine from my truck. The interior of the apartment is decorated with taxidermy animal mounts and hunting decor which was perfect for my taste as a outdoorsman. The bed was very comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. The peace and quiet was extremely nice and I wish that I could have stayed longer to enjoy it. I will definitely be back when I’m going to be in the area.

Great place to stay with your family. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, need a little upgrade on guest bathroom shower and pillows maybe, nothing major. Would reserve again when we return to visit family and friends in NC. Thank you Ms. Sherry

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at this Airbnb in Jacksonville, NC, while visiting family! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable trip. The host was incredibly responsive, making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect—close to family and local spots. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting the area!
